It’s midnight, granted, but the window of the convenience store says it’s open 24 hrs. Both doors were locked. I almost left when suddenly, an employee appeared outside and motioned for me to enter the store with him. He unlocked the door and went in without holding the door for me. I asked him whether he had windshield washer fluid - it appeared that English was a second language because he looked dumbfounded and mumbled in return, “wind - a - shield…?” Then, he peered across the store to the wall opposite him and said, “no, sorry, no windshield wash”. Still not being sure he knew what I was asking for, I followed his gaze to a rack against the wall, where I found a half dozen or so bottles of windshield washer fluid and grabbed a bottle. He said, “oh you found one?” I said, I found six. Bought one. 🫤

$2.00 for a little bit of water from your pump? And what does the Chevron logo stand for again? Ha!! Insane!

Wow karen! I was getting some drinks and the karen cashier was so incredibly rude that I left my purchase there I then was taking a picture of the outside for this review and the woman literally flipped me off!Then chased me outside and yells at me and proceeds to try to hit me Karen was definitely having a bad day don’t go here do not give them your business I left because of the way she treated another customer then she treated me even worse

The lady Jahan that primarily works at this Chevron is a horror of a human being. (I hate to even use that term to describe this female because she is the antithesis of a lady). I pulled up to this Chevron when I was at about the 1 mile warning on my gas gauge. I mistakenly left my cash in a separate purse at home and only had my tap pay. The pump I was stuck at was not accepting tap pay at the time so I scrounged up $3 in quarters and much to my surprise, when I went inside to prepay Jahan informed me that she would NOT be "starting up a pump for only $3 in gas"!!!! Since when is there a minimum to "start a gas pump"?? She knew I was in a tough spot and didn't care if I sat at the pump all night. I ended up having to wait for FOUR hours until my partner was finished working and was able to bring me what Jahan approved of as an acceptable amount of gas money. This woman is the reason that particular Chevron looks abandoned when you drive past. Shame on her.

I used my card at one of their pumps but couldn't get any gas to come out so I went inside tried to pay with the same card and it declined 😞 turns out they charged me 75 dollars but I got no gas ...had to use my credit card because my bank card got locked for pending transaction 😭told The cashier but don't think he understands .

I drive for rideshare and desperately needed a restroom. Was told there wasn't one. Not sure what the door that says restroom is for, but the lady in the store never looked up from her phone when I asked. Said there was no restroom.

Jahan is the worst person to run this location. Today i tryed to get 3 dollars in quarters and she was like NO! This is not a bank go somewhere else. When she relised that i was buying other stuff she said i could only get 2 dollars max but i had to pay 1 dollar convience fee. There was no sign saying that they charge to give quarters back as cash back. I then told her i was not paying a dollar convience fee for 2 dollars cash back. This B***ch needs to be fired she is the worst, go somewhere else to buy gas and snacks.

After coming here frequently for months, dozens of times, today I was treated rudely by the lady at the counter (I think her name is Jahan) for something that wasn’t my fault.

I got a soda, paid in cash, set down the soda to put the change in my wallet. The lady behind me in line accidentally knocked over my soda over the counter. The lady working there got a bucket, said: “we don’t want people to buy the soda here.” Looked at me with anger and said “can you just get another one and get out?!” Geez. I’ve come here dozens and dozens of times and seen her all the time, I didn’t knock it over, and you treat me like this. What’s your problem???

No stars. Only came for the low price of gas but it's not the price shown on Google maps. It's actually one of most expensive in the area. Very pathetic and false advertising

Don’t bother getting your car washed here. No water pressure, barely any soap and paid for the most expensive wash. My car came out dirtier than it was when I went in, they have a sign posted they don’t give refunds so obviously this has been a problem and they just don’t care.

The sign said they would be back in 5 minutes but i’ve been waiting here for 2 hours

The worst gas station to go to. They have terrible customer service, my car battery died and they threatened to tow it to Glendale immediately when it wasn’t in the way of business. After asking to speak with a manager the lady that worked there rudely yelled at me and told me that I could not. I do not recommend this gas station at all.

Store does not accept EBT and there is no sign to warn you of this. Associate was very rude (as if demeaning that I am on EBT).
Locked doors on the store during the night which means a guessing game of which door is open.

There's a Circle K just a little further South on Alma School..go there instead.

I STOP TO ALOT OF GAS STATIONS FOR LUNCH BUY A SODA AND I USE THEIR MICROWAVE. SO I GO IN, IM READY TO HEAT UP MY LUNCH AND THIS LADY JAHAN COMES TO ME SAYS I CAN ONLY USE THE MICROWAVE FOR 2MINS. SO I ASK HER WHY? AND SHE GOES BECAUSE ITS VERY OLD AND BLAH BLAH...SO I SAID OKAY CAN I DO 2MINS AND STOP THEN ANOTHER 2MINS AND SHE GOES NO BECAUSE THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30MINS???? REALLY THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT SHE DIDNT WANT ME TO USE IT BECAUSE SHE ASSUMED I WAS NOT BUYING ANYTHING. SO I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO REPORT HER BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT RIGHT AND SHE DIDNT CARE AND EVEN DARED ME TO DO IT. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EVEN COMUNJCATIONS SKILLS. NEEDLESS TO SAY IM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!
