The UPS Store

We just needed to ship gifts for Christmas and all the us postal offices closed hours early the last day of one price shipping. So I end up at this place because it was recommended- very rightly so: this one guy was handling two streams of customers -one with a massive TEMO return and she’d never done one before-he was so fast and courteous to everyone, yes everyone, and managed to fit my boxes into a very efficient one I bought and boom- I was done! It’s not really that much more expensive at all and I left inspired by this guy.

I spoke with James both on the phone and in the store to deliver a large box of equipment. He was very courteous and helped me organize what I needed and explained the shipping forms. Thank you!

James helped me out on a buisness project today. He was efficient and professional. I appreciate his hard work and James is an asset to your team!

I have always had a great experience at the UPS store no matter the situation… I always get helpful employees to help the mailing process run smoothly.. The employees at this store where very kind in helping me locate my missing package. I’m not sure why UPS workers always get bad reviews when they really try there best to help the customers. I’ve had bad experiences at the post office and FedEx but I have never had a bad experience at the UPS store ever. I feel like the ppl who give bad reviews are people who are not to smart when it comes to mailing packages. Which is strange to me because it my 42 years on this earth the mailing system has not changed… Everyone should be old enough and smart enough to know without a box or proper mailing products you can not place a shipping label to an item…I wouldn’t want someone shipping anything to me that is open an visible on my porch for porch pirates to steal or know what I have.

Have gone here for quite a while & have always loved the service. Staff & owner are fantastic, no matter how busy it is & always friendly & knowledgeable. They are also wonderful when it comes to finding the best deal for my package. Especially Mason; finds outstanding deals that I didn't know were even possible! Will ALWAYS use this location for all my shipping needs!

I have been renting a postal box from this store for over 3 months now. Every time I visit the store to pick up my mail, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to send a package, rent a mailbox or other shipping/postal needs. The owners of this business are usually involved and very helpful. Additionally, the store has always been clean and well cared for.

I have a mailbox for the last 7 years, it has been awesome. Pete and Natalie are the friendlest, they go above and beyond. You just need to show up when they are not extremely busy, you will get a great service. Once I emailed them about a package that I couldn't pick it up on late Saturday, it was given to me on a Sunday, as an exception but they did it. 6 stars.

All the Employees here are always friendly and helpful but Jonathan went above and beyond to help me find the right box and help pack my Century Link modem return. Jonathan was friendly and efficient!

I had a issue with them Mr.Ryan the store manager his fixed that and he refined some of the money I paid for my mail thank you Mr.Ryan for your kindness understanding and help 🙏🙏🙏

Everyone who works here is super helpful, friendly, and care about their customers. I have had a mailbox there for over a year and even though I've moved farther away now, I hate to let it go. Great job guys - I so appreciate your great customer service!

Cannot complain whatsoever. Called the owner Pete from Canada after reading the below negative comments, to help me out with an Ebay situation which offered "Local Pick Up Only". Due to being in Canada, and knowing no one in Arizona that could pick up two four foot high vintage speakers, I spoke to Pete and explained the situation. Within a few minutes of chatting and having a few laughs Pete offered to personally go to the resident to pick them up, package them and then insure them for shipping to me. I cannot complain whatsoever. The below comment must have been left by a disgruntled fellow which Pete tried to track down and remedy the problem.
With all the above said, Pete even offered me the "one time 5%" discount for mentioning, the negative comment left here. Sadly, due to Ebay's warped bidding policy they wouldn't even let me bid on the product even after I had pre-arranged with Pete to solve the "Local Pickup" situation..
Anyway, the effort was greatly appreciated....

The sweetest and most helpful crew! They helped me ship multiple boxes to my new location and answered all my questions.

Krishna and the other staff are always extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. Even when extremely busy, they maintain composure and strive to take care of each customer.

Jesse was incredibly professional and provided me with an excellent customer service experience helping me to get my packages delivered very quickly!

Handsome fellows don't always give the best customer service.. but when they do, it totally makes a girls' day.
