These guys are awesome to work with. We're starting to take all of our personal and small business shipping here. They're fast, efficient and offer excellent customer service.

Since the new ownership change the store feels clean and friendly!! I love dropping off my returns here and am always greeted with a happy employee!!

I recently visited the UPS Store and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain all of my options and helping me to ensure that my items were safely shipped. They even allowed me to email them a label that I could print out at home. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

I'm spending time writing this review because I'd like people (as well as the ups HQ) to know how good they handled our situation. My father passed away last October 2022 in Turkey, and my wife was at Indiana visiting her parents at the time, and she needed her passport to fly from there to Turkey to support me and my family, while I was flying there from Utah. I sent the passport to her through this UPS store with overnight shipping and as she bought the flight tickets immediately. However, UPS lost the passport. So my wife couldn't take the flight to be there with us for the funeral or anything. By the time the UPS found the passport and brought it to her in Indiana, it was already too late. UPS never agreed to refund the flight tickets/visa costs because they found the passport eventually (which was not the point anyways, but more than a $1000 is lost because of them). The kicker is that they also didn't (to this date - Feb23) refund the overnight shipping, which they clearly didn't provide.

Now, this UPS store is refunding our overnight shipping out of their own pocket, owning part of UPS's mistakes as their own. They called me and said "we wanted to refund you because we didn't want you to deal with this anymore, we'll try to sort it out with UPS hq ourselves". This is *very* professional, good business, and good people. Very appreciated!

I had some issues with having two packages I took here being sent to the wrong places - thanks to Bill, the owner of the store, he was able to get everything resolved for me and made it a great experience. You can be assured if there is an issue - it WILL get taken care of! Thank you again Bill for everything! You are the man!

The team that works here is unreal! There has never been a challenge that I've given that they haven't superceded my expectations. This location has become my home office away from home on most days. Brad and Liz are always cheerful, efficient and work very hard for every customer that walks in. The way their brains can multitask is incredible. I am a small business owner and have always appreciated this branch and all the employees who work here that go out of their way often to help me get my work done on time and looking for professional. This review is years overdue, and I'd write the same review for the Sandy location off of 11400 S. Bill is the owner and he trains a group of great individuals at all of his locations that are loyal and trustworthy. Thank you guys! You're the best!

I love this place! The lady that helped me really knows her stuff. They're fast and friendly and a great price! I come here every time. Skip USPS and come here for sure.

This store and the people that work there are the Best! I have always received great service, and have been treated well. Even at Christmas! The Folks at the Post Office could learn a thing or two from these fine people and their great customer service!

I love this place! They are so accommodating and helpful! I don’t go anywhere else when I have to mail or return a package. The girl who works there is amazing. She def knows her stuff!

This particular UPS store is my go-to package shipping location; they are so friendly & accommodating, I’d be list without them. Been a loyal customer since 2009.

Always the best service and so fast. Love this UPS location and they’re always super friendly and do little extra things like tape things up for you when you don’t have tape at home haha.

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I once got there late and walked up to the door just *after* it had been locked. The lady that was there saw me and unlocked the door and helped me. That's customer service!
