JOANN Fabric and Crafts

i had to come in on sunday as a total newbie to fabrics for a school project, and everyone here was so helpful! everyone in the fabrics department was so kind (i didn't catch names but one of them had a genshin impact pin and everyone had a lot of pins lol) they were so patient with my ridiculous order :) thank you guys so much!!

Experience was great first time in this store, found what I needed which was a couple of zippers for 2 of my husband's jackets great customer service, friendly staff

I went to buy some fabric samples expecting to pay $10-15 for two, but my total was only $7! and they had really cute and trendy fabric designs. However, the shelves throughout the store looked a little empty and I assume that they usually have even more fabric designs to choose from. But there was enough for me, otherwise I would have never been able to make up my mind haha :) I expect they are just low on stocking because of Covid-19. The lady who rung me up was so nice and cheery. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Thank you Joanns for all your great deal so I can continue to make gifts. It fills my time with joy.

This Joanns has absolutely anything you'd ever need (or want) for crafting. I've come here countless times, and it's still after several years, my most favorite place to go to for any project! Love it!

During my hour plus trip the store was okay, clean and well stocked considering the times. Not every employee said hi or even acknowledged me, but that's okay because they're pretty busy.

There was only one cashier for many people, but she was great. Sara was so kind, quick, and helpful. The 5 stars is mainly for her customer service.

I'd give the store in general a 3.5.

If they don't have what you want for crafting or art, then you don't need it. They have absolutely everything and for a good price. Staff is available, helpful and friendly.

This Joann has a good selection of just about everything. The people here are friendly. I would come here more often if I lived closer.

Went to Joann's to pick out material for Blue's rear benches. They have tons of options, on overwhelming amount. Found some vinyl that will work. Rear cushions for Blue soon!

I love this craft and fabric store so much because they offer a wide variety of merchandise. The staff is really friendly and the store is really organized! It’s also very clean as well! I pay attention to stuff like that especially when I have an 18-month-old son who’s walking and constantly picking things up off the floor. I love that they are always trying to get the customer the best price possible and offer as many discounts as they can! If you sign up for the regular emails or have the app they can get you some really awesome prices!

This is my favorite Joann location to visit! The employees have always been very kind and helpful. This location keeps pretty good stock of product as well. I find myself buying more decor from Joann than Michael's these days, mostly due to my customer service experiences and the styles of decor they tend to sell.

This Joanna was much cleaner and organized. Still didn't find some of the things we went for. But man is I had $50,000, if she be able to get a few of the things I want. This is the store is go to!

I am so in love with the framing that was done recently. Hit their sales and get your framing done here. I will return because the person did such a wonderful job. Not to me too all the other wonderful items they have for sale. I bought dish drying towels that I LOVE.

Great store and great staff! Despite bit being crazy around the holidays, the staff here is still smiling and willing to help out. Most everything is still organized and I was happy to have been able to easily find what I needed in a decent amount of time.

I ordered online for curbside because I am immunocompromised and unable to walk in the store. I was on hold for a half an hour before Zurich walked out into the parking lot and asked to help me. He got my order for me very quickly even though they were very busy. I’m very grateful that he did this. I realize that it’s been a difficult time for stores with less hours and less people and I was going to return the next day but he saved me a trip back and made it so I could continue to limit my exposure and stay safe. Very professional!

One of my favorite places to visit. All that fabric and crafting supplues. Love it! And sign up for their emails or app and get great coupons too. I'm all about using coupons when buying items there. Almost always the employees are nice n and helpful. This location is clean and neat.

Kathrine and Leslie the store managers were more than helpful when we had some issues with our transaction that had gone through multiple times. I was thoroughly impressed by their understanding of getting me a refund before I left the store. I will be coming back to this store for all of my craftings needs!

This one of my favorite Joann locations. They have consistently done a great job at keeping staff and customers masked throughout the pandemic while patiently serving the many of us who are gobbling up mask material. Highly recommend this location.
