Food was great... in my opinion better than chick filet...

Honest review. I ordered 3 chicken strips they were supposed to be spicy but they were not. Chicken strips were quick but only barely warm to touch. Great sauces. 3 out of 7 were great. Bayou Buffalo, Sweet Heat, and blackwood ranch. So far the best thing I've had here is the soda or the mac n cheese.
Or the service. Nice people felt like family as soon as I walked in. Good atmosphere and nice backround music.

According to my 15 year old, they have the best chicken sandwich in Tooele.

So this is coming from Lil' Nicky here... But Popeyes Chicken Is freaking awesome! This location has great customer service and good quality in food.
Used to not be a fan of Popeyes but I gave it a shot here, and was pleasantly surprised. Love their Chicken and Shrimp meal!

Updated from a 1 star review previously because todays experience was stellar. The young man working the drive through at 8:30pm On 09/01/2023 was phenomenal. He deserves a raise and is this locations saving grace.

Never experienced so many problems at a fast food place before. This Popeyes location has a plethora of problems regularly. We actually joke about going here and that they are “probably out of chicken and their card machine is broken “. Today the place was shut down completely because their system was down. GET IT TOGETHER! There shouldn’t be so many issues and it’s been going on for quite a while.

It was very friendly service. Angel was very kind He took our order with a smile which made our day. Thank you Angel I hope I spelt his name correctly. The service was great the manager was very kind. Service with a smile and a Thank You.

Excellent customer service even when it's 10 minutes before close. Justin and his crew took real good care of me. They've been stellar even when we have to come inside cause our ambulance is too tall for their drive thru. Thank y'all for being a bright spot for us on some bad days.

First time having Popeye's and I was really impressed! The sandwich had substance that you don't find at other places. The flavors were spot on as well.

Always love Popeyes chicken. There crispy chicken has the most flaky crispy crust!

Was in town visiting family on 2/3/2020 and decided to stop in at 7pm. They where busy and had 2 large orders in front of my very large order. I don't mind waiting for fresh popeyes. From ordering to receiving our food we where met with kindness, smiling and just plain happy even though they where slammed. We had ordered one meal spicy but received regular instead. They quickly and with a smile fixed it for us. The food was so fresh and amazing. We had one tender that was like a nugget but to our surprise they had tossed in an extra medium sized tender to compensate. Hands down one of the best Popeyes I have been to.

This is a good popeyes location. I have yet to get poorly made food here and I go often. They need to figure out the issue with the card reader at the drive through though. 90% of the time I go through there, they are cash only. Granted, I generally order in the app. But it makes no sense to me that you can currently walk in, order at the counter and pay with a card but not at the drive through. Explain to me why that is?

Still though. It's good comfort food, they're always fast and the food is as expected.

Chicken was hot, (temperature hot) fresh, biscuits are the best I've ever had. First time experience at Popeyes chicken, so yummy. Biting into a piece the juices popped out, so good! The coleslaw was so sweet and tasted so good! Highly recommended!

I've been to many other Popeyes locations and this one takes the cake! By far the best quality food I've had. The chicken was obviously fresh and cooked perfectly! Very friendly staff, and the man working the drive through was a boss. Keep up the good work :)

They did a great job for their first week in business. I'm not expecting it to be perfect. I will try again in a few months to decide the true factor, but they did miss a pecan pie I ordered. I had already left and didn't want to go back in to get it. Waited at the drive through for about 15 minutes which isn't bad for Popeyes honestly in general. She was very nice at the drive thru and the chicken was juicy and hot! All of it was so fresh! Sad they missed the pecan pie, but other than that the food was superb.

I love their food!
Like any food establishment, there are days where the service takes a little longer because they are short handed. The individual taking my order has always informed me, before they take my order, that it might be a few extra minutes. If it is going to take longer than it should. I am fine with that. Everyone their has always been polite and respectful. I will continue to go as long as the food continues to be fantastic.

Best chicken in town potatoes and graveyard are amazing. The Cajun fries are the best fries in town. Can not say enough good things about this place. Yeah they are always busy and it takes a bit to get your food. But that is only because they are busy so to all those giving bad reviews based on the time they wait for food realize this they are new everyone in the county is going there to try them out if you want your food fast from here wait another month before you go use common sense in a small County with very fresh places to eat as soon as a new place opens the entire country will go there. Yes I know I repeated myself a few times but it really is common sense.

We haven't been to a Popeyes for a long time. This recent visit was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good. The employees were friendly and delivered our order accurately and quickly.

Totally Great! From the parking of your car, entering a clean restaurant, being greeted, and receiving excellent service, eating a HOT meal followed by a COLD chocolate bourbon pie, this restaurant is SUPERB. When an error is incurred, they quickly resolve it. This place has finally surpassed every other take-out restaurant in Tooele. A shout out to Steven! Amazing service!!!
