Ashley had the best couch selection out of all the furniture stores in Draper. They were respectful of my and my wife’s approach of buying couches, and gave us distance while we browsed. Very well taken care of.

We paid for delivery and setup, but there was a miscommunication when they came so our couches weren’t put together, and I had to do it when I got home. I called Ashley and they were able to refund me the setup fee, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Shawn C. made our shopping experience so great. He listened to us about the type of outdoor patio furniture we were looking for and took us to the exact options, he didn't try to show us items that wouldn't work. He also made some helpful recommendations for our future purchases of a bed platform & mattress, plus some living room furniture. We will definitely be ordering more items as long as Shawn is there!

We were personally helped by Muhammad. He was super friendly, extremely informative, and perfectly patient! He showed us anything and everything we wanted to look at. Helped us find the best fit for our family. He was not pushy, if we said we weren’t ready to purchase a specific item he said we could wait until next time when we are ready. He helped us make a few great buys! We are excited for our new furniture and thankful for Muhammad’s help.

Me and my man set out to couch shop. We went to 3 different places before ending up at Ashley Furniture. I remember having a great experience here before and it never fails! Jazzy Vazquez is titled as a Trusted Advisor and now I see why. From the moment we walked in he kindly approached us to see if we needed any direction around the store then gave us space to look around and talk about options. He was very personable and professional showing us how structurally sound it was build. We even were eligible for next day delivery!! I always knew Ashley was the place to go. Thank you Jazzy! I just have to say this is the only furniture store where my bf was so happy going around and trying different options. We will absolutely be coming back to furnish again.

Rex was amazing! He was very patient and also offered us the best deal today! I totally recommend with my eyes close. We bought one sofa and 3 bar stool.

Rex was absolutely amazing! He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, which was approximately fifteen minutes before closing. I’d already done my research and knew exactly what sofa I wanted. I told him the name, he knew exactly what I was referring to, and he took me straight to it. The sofa and ottoman were even more beautiful in person and I purchased it on the spot. He got me setup with delivery, installation, and protection. It was a seamless experience and I’m so happy I chose this location!

We wanted a couch and went on Presidents Day for their sale. We were greeted by Ben Jones who showed us to the couches we wanted, gave us a little bit of information then let us choose, which we liked because then he wasn't just hovering over us and pressuring us. When we found what we liked we found Ben. He helped us with other options, financing approvals and answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions. He was nice, friendly, funny and professional. He earned this good review and I would recommend anybody to go to Ashley furniture and ask for Ben and I will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases.

A BIG thank you to Muhammed for his help today. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me find an amazing recliner for this new phase of my life. I will be back!

Ashley Furniture in Draper was great! Cole the manager of Ashley was most helpful in finding what we needed.
We also received a lot of help from Rex Jensen, he knew the showroom line the back is his hand, knew what Furniture matched with what ama then he led us to the mattresses and sold us in what we need for restful sleep, Rex was awesome! I'll be going back! Thank you both to Cole and Rex for great customer service!!

We had a great experience! Got our beautiful sectional in yesterday and it looks perfect. The delivery guys were fast and efficient and even a few minutes early so I wasn’t waiting all afternoon which was so nice. They made sure the couch was exactly where I wanted it and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

We recently bought 3 bar stools and love them! They look perfect in our house. Cort was an outstanding salesman and was very patient while I looked at so many different pieces of furniture!

We purchased a full size mattress for my daughter, Ashley Brand, hybrid mattress. It arrived yesterday, 10 days early, free shipping! My daughter slept on it last night and it's amazing. Best price, saved hundreds on comparable mattresses at various stores.
The sales reps were great. No pressure and no upselling.

My Mom was looking for a chest of drawers and we went to Ashley furniture! We had the good fortune to meet Court, who took us around to see several options. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of wood and construction style of the furniture, and also very kind to my Mom. I appreciated that.
