Trevor was patient kind and not pushy. Helped us with all our questions and inquiries and if he didn’t know something he was honest and got us the answers and help we needed. I also loved that Liddiards offers a 5 yr warranty with all state. The sale prices were great too!

Got a great deal on a new GE dishwasher. Majia was a great sales person. 2 days later it was installed by Ethan. He did a great job installing in a space tha’s not quite adequate! I’m pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Liddiard’s. I’ll be back!

The assistance I received from Chris was above & beyond great! All my questions were answered, he did measurements for me as well as explained all warranties & delivery time frames. One thing I appreciated was him not hovering, but always available for questions & periodically checking on me & my family. He was very patient with my 6 yr old grandson that is always full of energy.

Frank took care of us and was fantastic. Liddiard home furnishings amd the entire experience was exceptional. So easy to do business with and provided so many options and spent the time to make sure we understood everything.

The furniture is being delivered, so we don't have it yet. But the in-store experience was great. We were greeted by Kaylee and she let us know she would be available if we needed her. No high-pressure sales. It was refreshing. She was also very helpful with our questions and purchases. Very satisfied so far.

Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. We'd been to all the huge SLC places and looked at a lot of sofas and sectionals, but didn't feel great about what we knew about brands and quality from these stores. We walked into Liddiard's and within 5 minutes Brad had all of our questions answered and we knew we could find a sofa we could rely on. He gave us the perfect amount of escort and space so we could look comfortably but was available when we had questions. No pushy sales tactics and we were able to go home and shop and compare---they had the best price on the La-Z-Boy sofa we were considering. The next day we went in and asked more questions, sat on more sofas and Brad helped us order an upgraded model. We were very satisfied with our experience and know we got what we really wanted at a great price and not pushed into a deal that made the salesman happy. Plus delivery and setup are cheaper than all the SLC companies. "We'll be back!"

We’ve been going to Liddiards for all of our furniture & appliances for years! We absolutely love the owner/sales staff, the beautiful furniture, the amazing quality & prices. We live in SL county and the drive to Tooele is so worth it!

We had a very nice experience at Liddiards in Tooele purchasing our new living room furniture. JR who helped us yesterday and this evening was very kind and professional. He helped us pick our fabric choices and did a wonderful job to ensure we were very happy with our purchase. I strongly recommend this furniture store for selection and helpful service.

I’ll admit, we shopped around before we stopped at Liddiards. Though it didn’t take long to find exactly what we wanted once we walked through the doors. Brad was ready to assist us in any way possible. He gave us advice on each item we were looking at, discussed pricing, and showed us great options!

Earlier the same day, we were at another store. The employees there did not have the same kindness and support. It felt more like our every moves were being watched. We were uncomfortable there.

So BIG shoutout to Liddiards and a BIGGER shoutout to Brad. Thank you for making us feel respected and valued. It was definitely a great experience.

The sales person was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person that my wife and I have ever been associated with. She was the role model of what you would want to handle your needs on furniture you were looking for.

Kalee was absolutely phenomenal. I called the store to get a new washer machine, since mine just died. Ended up getting a new washer and dryer from her in record time. I was very impressed with Liddiards since it was my first time here. Kalee was super nice and extremely helpful and I would recommend everyone to go through her.

Liddiard was fantastic. Worked with Maija at their Tooele location. We were shopping for a new dining room set. We urgently needed. Great selection, great prices and no hassle shopping. We found a set we loved and wanted a quick delivery but was told it would be 3 weeks. We asked about purchasing the floor model because it was new and just put in the showroom floor. After discussing with the manager, they sold us the floor model. Next was negotiating delivery. We wanted something quick but could only be promised sometime during the week because of the holidays and they had limited delivery openings. We bought the set and were expecting delivery later in the week. Was surprised 2 days later when Maija texted me to let me know delivery would be later that day. Fantastic and greatly appreciated. Overall, a great experience! I will be buying all my home furnishing needs, appliances, etc. from Liddiards. Thank you so much for everything.

100 plus stars for this company! My kids and I along with my husband went in Luddiard to shop for beds. We walked in and right away maija greeted my family and I. She answered all our questions and didn’t rush us. She is so sweet and generous! My kids love her! We purchased 3 twin mattresses and a triple bunk bed! I rate her customer service 100 plus. ⭐

We were greeted by Maija when we came in, and we connected immediately. She was so personable, kind and fun. She answered every question I had about the washer and dryer I wanted. By the time we left, it felt like we knew each other for a life time. We also met Kalee, who is just as wonderful! Liddiard is lucky to have these two gals working for them. They make me want to come back. 😊

Have to give a 5 stars. I went back at closing time because I left my phone in the store. They were kind enough to let me in after the front doors were locked to find it and I'm very thankful! My actual shopping experience was very good. I got what I needed at a price that was less than what I expected. I couldn't get delivery when I needed, but the pick-up process was easy. It was overall, a good experience.

The whole experience at Liddiard’s has been great. I really like the showroom, product quality, and personnel competency. Kriss helped us two nights in a row and stayed half-an-hour after close to complete our sale. I’ll recommend the store to anyone and will definitely be back for more.

Brad was my salesman, he was truly amazing!! He wasn’t pressing at all and super knowledgeable!! I bought my couches and a few weeks later I decided to go with a bedroom set… thank you for your amazing service Brad! I’ll be back for that coffee table in no time!!

Chris our salesman was very helpful. We were looking for a new sectional and wanted one that was on clearance. Chris showed us quite a few to choose from and we were happy with our purchase. The price was under our budget so we bought a new stove with the money we saved. Check the store out it has some great deals. Thank you Chris!

We needed a table for thanksgiving and Brad not only was accommodating but prioritized our order to make sure we got our table on time. Very friendly. We wish there were more sales people like Brad.
