Very clean store. Great selection. Moderately priced. Steve and helpful associates. Taleigha B was an amazing help and even made me laugh! I found everything on my list except for magnets, which was no biggie. I found everything I needed.. but you guys need magnets!!

Huge shout out to Preston at the O’Fallon store. I was in there on Friday, Oct 6, 2023 needing to get posters made for my father in laws funeral on Saturday. Preston went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely kind as I was a little emotional with the circumstances. I really appreciate everything he did to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you Preston! Everyone loved the posters!

Service is fast friendly and professional. I use the printing services at the OFallon. MO. Hwy K. store often and find the prices reasonable. Yvette was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Last weekend my husband and I were shopping for a printer. Kevin was there to help us right away. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. Today I went back to buy a printer Kevin showed us. I was greeted by Preston, who asked if he could help me. He quickly picked out the printer and the ink I needed. I think I was the first one in the store and I was in a hurry. I believe Preston perceived this and he was quick and efficient. When I was leaving, I saw Kevin, he remembered me and said hello. What a great team of people at the O’Fallon store! I could have saved time and shopped at a store 5 minutes from my home.
We will be purchasing office furniture for 2 offices in the near future. I will definitely be going back to visit Kevin’s store.

The store is clean and well organized but the positive and competent employees are its best value. A special thank to Dave and to Ally for their wonderful help digitizing an important book for me just hours before leaving on a long world trip and making sure I got the document while already abroad. Went to my favorite office supply store to purchase a new printer/scanner. Dave, the store manager, was extremely helpful. I appreciated his honesty and how expeditiously he handled my purchase. He was friendly and efficient and the checkout process was super easy. Dave even carried my new printer out to my car. I could not be more pleased. I love shopping at this store.

My 5 stars consist of the wonderful customer service. Now my printing orders had some issues that needed fixed. They immediately were willing to assist me. This is what happens when you are nice and kind to others. Customer service workers are people too and when you are kind it comes back. That you OfficeMax crew so much in having a great attitude in correcting the issues that I was having.

I had something printed and then mounted onto a foam board. It is beautiful. The print clarity is so perfect. Yvette in the print department is AMAZING! She is such a hard worker! It is very evident that she pays attention to detail and is meticulous at her job.

I love this store because of the wonderful service I always receive and at 80 years old I really appreciate the helpful attitude of all of the employees. I was in customer service for 38 years for TWA. Trans World Airlines. Therefore I know how crazy we the public can be. The folks at Office Max are superior not only in the service they give but also the extra time they give me and everyone to make certain that we not only have all the product we need but also how to use it. Thanks for doing a great service to our community.

I thought ordering online for printing would be easier but I went in and they helped make sure I picked the right paper, resolution, sizing, everything, and got lots of it done right then! Preston was especially helpful but all the staff was kind and quick.

Experience was extremely pleasant and accommodating and worked with me even though I couldn’t find what I was looking for at first the associate still took her time to make sure I had everything I needed and was all squared away.

As a small business owner, I frequently need copies of items for exhibit booths and other types of of events. I am always grateful that the printing services staff is gracious, helpful, and responsive whenever I place (sometimes very large and complicated) orders. Occasionally a mistake is made, but the managers and staff always do whatever is necessary to fix it in whatever way they can. Additionally, the staff does not appear to turn over frequently; I see the same staff members each time I'm in and they recognize me, too. [Is it weird that the Office Max is the place that I can go where everybody knows my name? Yep, definitely weird. Oh, well.] Keep up the great work! (Special shoutout to Preston, who has helped me on more than one occasion and goes the extra mile.)
