Friendly checkout people and helpful pharmacy staff. Great sale and clearance items. Photos printed here, and many photo items available. Drug items, baby items, snacks, some food, and gift items available. Cards and gift bags. Stationary, school supplies, batteries, and electronics. Flu and covid shots done there. There is an ATM machine inside and a redbox movie rental outside.

I love having my prescriptions sent to them because they're fast and efficient. There online refill is great; they ask when you would like it filled. If they're waiting in your doctor approval they send text messages to let you know it's not ready for pick up. The people in pharmacy are knowledgeable (as they should be) and very helpful as well as pleasant to talk about anything.

Always helpful. Although I did run into an issue last time. Just a misunderstanding between the computer system and a few employees. Thanks to Holly for working with me and helping me get it all figured out I will be back with a smile and hope she will be working when I come back up! 😀

I tried calling,at least,10 different Walgreens in the area looking to see if they had enough medication in stock to fill a script & none of them are those stores did. I finally spoke to a worker in the pharmacy whose name was Molly. Molly was the only employee out of every Walgreens I called that actually used the Walgreens system to look up to see if another store had any in stock which saved me a huge amount of wasted time. Molly,at the Walgreens on 1490 Mexico Loop rd in Ofallon,MO 63366,was,again,the only employee who did this for me. Thank you,Molly your store needs to know what a great employee u are.
