Jewel store on Lake Cook rd mean customer service people. I bought apple vinegar 2 days ago at Jewel in Glenview. 1.50 discount for "just for u" didn't pop up. I found it out only at home. Today bought apple vinegar in Deerfield. Asked sales person to adjust price. She did. Went to customer service with this bottle, and asked to return it with 2 days old recipe. She refused. Whst the problem? Its the same vinegar. It's not my falt discount didn't show up 2 days ago in Glenview store. I clipped. I showed my phone application. Bottle is clean. I even didn't take it out of store. "No. You should go to Glenview store and return it there". Why? It's the same vinegar. It's 2 days old recipe. It's clean and not open"!!
No.no.no.no.no- customer service person told me. Here is the picture of her badge. When I try to take this picture she promises to call the police because I cannot take a picture of her. WHY? Call the police for customer who wants to return unopened bottle of vinegar with a recipe.

A nice, newly-remodeled Jewel. The organic produce now has its own nicely marked and grouped areas. It's much bigger than before, and had a nice big area for meats, bakery, fish and bake shop. The location is good too, unless you want to buy sweetened drinks.I'll go here often from now on.

Clean and fully stocked. All employees masked snd plenty of room. Employees are very helpful. Jill at the deli counter is amazing!!! She helped me and was super pleasant!!!!!!

The entire staff is great! Debbie in the front is always very help as is Lil and the rest of the front end staff are grade A and always willing to help. Tammy the GM is always on the floor working hard to perfect her store to make it the best it can be. Jose, the Meat and Seafood Mgr is always helpful and kind and has a kind word for his customers as does his staff. This Jewel now carries this drink Bing up by the juice in the front of the store. This energy drink is so good. They have Cherry, Apple/Cherry, Blackberry and Blueberry! The taste is great its a energy health food drink. It contains vitamins, ginseng and caffeine. The price is good, the taste is incredible and your missing out if you don't buy it today! It also helps that this Jewel has anything and everything you could need and the staff is incredible.

Not used to shopping here. Everything was displayed nicely. Milk, coffee creamers well organised , canned fruits a little confusing, but all in all a pleasant experience.

Really nice and clean Jewel-Osco in Deerfield. Best of all, I found a specialty whole ham that had been discounted down by 50%. Can't wait to try it.

I love this Jewel. It's always got very clean, the staff is friendly. I recommend using the app for digital coupons along with your Jewel account for other discounts.

They had everything I was looking for. They are open until midnight, I believe. I went late. I was able to get what I needed and I checked out quickly because no one was there. The staff were still friendly and helpful, even that late at night.

Dr. Hong is pretty thorough. First time there and he actually cleaned my teeth rather well. Very efficient and his dental assistant was very gentle. Glad I found this place closer to home.

Clean store, friendly staff. The one thing I didn't love was the long aisles. My typical Jewel has smaller aisles that cut off and have a middle aisle and this one didn't so if you were looking around for things, like I was, you have to go through the whole long aisle. Other than that it was a pleasant place to go shopping during the week.

I stopped in super quick for flowers, they had a great selection. Easy self check out made my trip quick and easy!

I like Jewel for vegetables, which are reasonable and good in price and quality. Today, T-bone for $7.00 a pound. Always some good if not great pricing on chance items. Recommended.

Great store after the major renovations. A lot of products not available at the Jewels closer to me. Bright, clean and well laid out. Friendly, courteous staff

Ive never been a Jewel person until the new store was built at Lake cook and Waukegan ave in Deerfield.

Good selection and really economical pricing for meat. Spiral cut ham a real bargain thru 12/14.

Just called the bake shop for a special cake needed the same day! They were super helpful and went above and beyond. They were much more helpful than the other location a short distance away!

Our new favorite Supermarket. Very friendly staff and good prices.

My favorite grocery store out of many excellent choices in the area. The employees are helpful and courteous, the aisles are organized and easy to navigate

ever since they got rid of the old one this one in the new design and layout are fantastic, staff is the same so whatever, but they've had a lot of good selections.
