Like always, I go to find an extension cord & have to pass by the nursery there. To find out that they have a varierty of indoor & outdoor plants, they all look well taken care of. They were slow in business not alot of customers but alot of employees working. Like I've been to another Home Depot but they didn't have indoor plants! So excited I came across this one. 😳😍👍

Home Depot has prety much everything you need, in home repair, remodeling, landscaping, etc., etc. Paint, plumbing, electrical, plants, tools, lumber, you name it they probably carry it and at reasonable prices. Along with friendly knowledgeable advice/service it's hard to go wrong when choosing the place. 😊

Bought a grill. Staff member so helpful. He got us a flat bed cart, loaded the grill and pushed it to the cashier and loaded it in our truck. So nice

Unlike some of his colleagues, Frank's dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. He not only offers valuable advice but also goes the extra mile to ensure I have a positive experience. Frank's outstanding service is the reason I continue to choose Tool Rental at Home Depot in Deerfield. I genuinely appreciate his commitment and wish there were more employees like him.

Extremely savvy staff. In particular, I worked with Gigi (pardon the spelling if inaccurate). She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure I was situated. She was also very knowledgeable and clearly has a background in architecture or engineering. A customer would be lucky to work with her as well as other well-versed staff members.

I almost never review, but I felt compelled to do so this am. I have little need to go to Home Depot in my life, but today I needed to pick up a couple things. Even though I was going to the correct section, someone immediately came up to me to assist, extremely friendly and cool. Same with the man at the checkout. You can tell they enjoy their work. Really nice to see! Big thumbs up to Home Depot in Northbrook.

Coming from the city this Home Depot is a DREAM. Always pretty quiet, ie not packed with very unhelpful staff as I was accustomed to in the city. Thus far I have had great experiences here, staff is friendly and helpful, and easy enough to get in and out quickly.

Had to repair the male end of a garden hose (rather than buying a new one ) asked the greeter where I could find the parts needed. Went to the isle , found my part needed (bought a spare kit for the other hose, just in case, checked out at self serve and out the door. It took quicker to buy the part then enter my experience.

This home depot is really good. There is always someone around to help and if not, they will find someone. I can't tell you everything I've purchased here but, it's everything from appliances to tile to nuts and bolts. And no matter what I buy I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a return. No questions asked. All the employees are polite and willing to help.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is great and so are their prices. If you need help in electrical, I guarantee you'll get the best service you've ever received in your life! Always a pleasant experience here! Checkout is fast and friendly, and they have a hot dog stand that is open most of the working day.

I know times are weird and tensions can be high right now under the current status of our country, but literally every single staff member I spoke to today (Aug. 25, 2020) was extremely friendly and helpful. I first stopped at returns/CS, then I was helped by two different folks in the paint section, one to unlock some tools, another in self-check out, and then finally Mari in the garden dept. who definitely made the biggest impression. She was extremely helpful and also very sweet with my daughter. She probably deserves a raise. Nice work on your team selection, Home Deep! I’ll be back soon.
