Fast, efficient and to the point! Needed an evaluation and got it. No real waiting. All paperwork was done online before the visit. Check in was quick. No real wait for the xrays or the doctor. My visit lasted less than 30 minutes! Very satisfied and will be back if any follow up is needed!

First time meeting Mr. Andrew Palmer. It was a pleasure. He greeted both my wife and me in a very friendly, and professional way. Andy was very knowledgeable about both the procedure and my individual chart. I felt comfortable with him and his discussion about my condition. I trust him to be involved in my care. I highly recommend himas a team member in my care.

John is very personable and easy to talk to. I think he’s very competent and compassionate in his work. He understands that some people are more capable than others and can provide the best therapy for the person in need. I have and will enjoy working with him.

Been a patient of Midlands Ortho for 30 years. 1st time with Dr Miller., as Mike Green retired. Nice fellow, competent and communicative. Did both thumbs. Would recommend to ANYONE, & I've been an orthopedics nurse for a long, long time and am hard to please.

Dr. Kyle Johnson was very knowledgeable and kind!! He spoke when he first entered the room, he asked questions and he answered my concerns about my shoulder. He made me feel ease and I appreciate him!! This was my first experience with Dr. Johnson and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

All the staff at Midlands have been amazing in preparing my mother for her knee surgery. For her preop visit I had to bring my child with me and Katelyn in radiology was extremely knowledgeable as well as caring with my child. This combination of professionalism and warmth is hard to find. Thank goodness we found it!

Absolutely amazing experience!! Sydney was extremely personable, caring and truly interested in me, not just as a patient but as a person. I was nervous going in because I was supposed to have started therapy a month ago but there were issues between workers comp and the office. But Sydney quickly reassured me that the exercises I had been doing at home had helped a lot and that I was doing great. I’m honestly hoping to be released from therapy, but if I’m not I’ll look forward to seeing her and everyone else there again!

My experience with PA Stavros Chrysostomides was outstanding. He has excellent bedside manners and thoroughly explained to me what my options were in getting my back pain addressed. Would highly recommend. The turnaround time was very fast which is the icing on the cake.

Jason and Mark has been great with my healing of my knee replacement. The other worker are very nice too. I appreciate all of their help. Thank you. May God bless you all.

I've visited Midlands Orthopaedics twice so far to See Dr. Ulrich. This facility is one of the best medical facilities I've ever visited! Dr. Ulrich has been great and they REALLY stick to the scheduled appointment times. I've never had to wait past the appointment time and treatment has been quick with really good explanations of what the treatment is and why they're doing it. Highly recommended!

MRI nurses were amazing! I am extremely claustrophobic and very self conscious about it. She stayed with me until I was calm and felt comfortable (about 15 minutes). She would have stayed the entire time. What a blessing!

Staff was friendly and timely. Sydney was exceptionally nice and accommodating, She is very professional, thoughtful, considerate and thorough. She explained each exercise and the how it helps my problem.

Great experience on my first visit for issues with my ankle due to prior injury. Dr. Mothena was very thorough and explained the entire treatment and evaluation process to my understanding. Appointment was on time.

Mackenzie Johnson was very knowledgeable, understanding of my issue and pleasant in my visit today. She addressed my issue and gave suggestions on how to make my issue get better. Pleasant experience.

PA Richard Jacob delivers a superior level of care. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. His bedside manner is excellent! I want to make him my doctor for my concerns. The best thing I did yesterday was to go to the urgent care.

From the time of checkin to the procedure everything was very well organized and efficient. Linda and Michelle were very sweet - I was informed of what to expect during the MRI. Would highly recommend to family and friends!

Mckenzie Johnson is one excellent PA. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and overall competent. I didn't have to wait overly long to see her and when I did she was bright in her greeting and put me at ease right away.

I have Claustrophobia, so getting in the MRI machine was a little unnerving. The staff was very supportive, kind, tolerant of my fear. They made me feel better about doing the MRI. I had been given a single pill prescription for Valium by my doctor, which I told him was useless as Valium has no effect on me, but the staff helped me with their kindness and relaxing ways, to proceed...and all went well. Thanks to the staff who helped me in my time of need.

Took a little while for them to get to me past my appointment they were very busy so no problem, but all in all very good experience. Treated very well and I feel good.
