I am a very long time customer of this particular store. I buy most of my lottery tickets at this location. I participate in the rewards program,as well. My favorite sandwich is the club stacker. I have noticed that there has been a price increase due to more elaborate packaging. That would be a small criticism that I would like to mention. It would be difficult to overstate the importance of the convenience of this location. everyone in the area depends on this store for everyday necessities. I would like to take this opportunity to make a special mention of the afternoon clerk on duty. His name is Kanu. His attitude is always very courteous and quite respectful. My lottery tickets are always correct. He always greets me with a hello and a friendly goodbye. I look through the window to see if he is on duty. A very pleasant service worker. Five stars for sure.

This is just an anecdote, not a review, but when I was there yesterday I was having trouble with having to press Yes on the touch screen. I did not use my fingertips because I hate getting other ppl's slippery silicone grease on my 🤌 fingers. The young woman behind the counter was trying to help me and she kept pressing the yes button also with her knuckles (neverb her fingertips) only her knuckles. Is this because you also hate getting slippery silicone grease on your fingertips?!?

I love coming to this 7-ELEVEN... Vanita is always cheerful and upbeat, even when she is training someone new... Great job🙃🙃

The place looks great.

I've been going here for years for my morning coffee, as well as for many other needs because I live in the neighborhood. I really like this location. I can always quickly get in and get out with whatever I need. And the manager Vanita is so nice and really tries to be accommodating to customer's needs (although she is not around there everyday, but the staff is generally friendly). I'd recommend this location above many other locations anytime, and I'll continue to go there in the future.

Your cigarette prices are 2 dollars more than your nearby competitors.

Don't buy cigarettes from here, they are trying to get rich off of one transaction.

Slurpee machine never works always liquid never frozen. I blame Park Ridge cuz everything in this city sucks including the McDonald’s across the street and the Burger King that closed finally thank God. Businesses simply can’t thrive here

I come in every morning for a hot cup of coffee he never has coffee he only has one available if you don't like what he met because you drink it it's very good you have other brands of coffee why don't you make fresh hot coffee for the people that come in and then he plays like I don't understand pretends cuz he has no answer why he didn't make fresh hot coffee very terrible customer service when I buy a lottery ticket and you want to check your ticket the machine is broke and he knows it but he lets you stand there like an idiot trying to check your ticket and then I'll say something to him and he'll be like oh that's broke after he's been watching me for 5 minutes they only want to help their own people nobody else they don't want to give you the time of day very very poor customer 🤬

If you're going to buy milk at this 7-11, make sure that you check the expiration date, because the owner doesn't. I paid $5 for a gallon of expired milk which I only noticed after pouring a large amount of lumps into drinking glass. ISH, DISGUSTING! It's no wonder that this place gets bad reviews.

Costumer service is horrible, one of the men sits in his car not even doing anything. ill stand there for a few minutes, when they obvs saw me ready to check out. Most of them try to over tax you and give you lip. They were out of a product and i asked if they would honor something else for that price " sorry i have no way". Just want people to know.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Placed an order through Postmates and not only did the store lie about never receiving the order request (even though it was confirmed and charged) but the cashier was rude and refused to just put the order together. Absolute trash. And their phone is disconnected so you can’t even call. This place is a joke

Dude doesn't understand what I'm saying to him. Can't tell the difference between number 6 and 3.

Had promotions going on, and he didnt give me the promotion price. After i paid he said it was to late. Will not be back
