As the commercial says “Ace is the place with the helpful…”. It’s a true statement when you need something odd or need an expert head to this location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alberto who helped me find everything on my list. He seemed to know about everything in the store as we went from department to department.

This location is a bit bigger than others I have been in. Looking for a grill or pizza oven, look no further, this Ace is my new place!

This location gets the coveted “Pizzaman 5 ****** Rating”!

Great hardware store. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Can find most all your paint, cleaning, repair, plant needs here. I always stop here first before going to another bigger impersonal Hardware store. They are even having a demonstration night for ladies. Ask for Jose or Emma they are the best!
Came back tonight to have a Galentines day party and had so much fun! Made a flower arrangement and candle. Talked with the home decorator about window treatments she was so helpful.Enjoyed conversing with other women and enjoying wine and treats! Can't wait for their next event.

She first helped us with our dry bar built in, and now we've designed a brand new kitchen. She's so fun, kind and knowledgeable!

Clean store, easy in & out, good selection. The best thing is probably the staff. Very knowledgeable. I needed a longer version of a bolt, and before I'd even brought it up to eye level, she knew exactly what kind of threads and where to get exactly what I needed. Great neighborhood hardware store.

This may possibly be the most well lit, organized, cleanest, and largest ACE hardware store I have been to in a very long time. Had a few hard to find water heater parts I needed in stock and pleasant staff.

I came here and needed a bunch of hardware and Rob helped me out. He was so helpful, he took the time, he didn't rush. I'm just so impressed! I don't know what I've been doing going to home Depot all these years.

I come every month for items for home and work. They usually have everything I need or they can order it. Staff is always helpful and attentive. I like how clean it is too. All items in order and organized. It's been a while seeing an Ace Hardware being taken care of. I remember my old buddy Carmine, the previous owner. Glad the new owners kept up the good work. I would recommend locals to come here for all your hardware needs.

I always receive excellent customer service at the Park Ridge location. On 9/3 Jose helped me pick up some extra paint to finish some projects and assisted me in picking a sample color for my next project. He was great, offered great advice, helped me figure out exactly what I needed and turned an errand that I was not looking forward to into a really great experience! Great people, great service. I'll definitely be back.

Update: had an issue with the service-my key as I stated below.
Eric from Ace called me and apologized and corrected the issue. Very pleased with the way he handled my complaint. Thank you!

Do not go there to have your car key duplicated and programmed. Ordered my key and waited for over an hour for the guy to program my key. I don't think he knew what he was doing. He could not program my key and wanted me to pay $200 and then go to my dealer to have it programed. So being kind and understanding i said please just order a key, just the basic key without the programming. He said ok I will. And i said are you sure your not writing anything down etc. he said yes. Well a month later still I didn't receive a call from them that they had my key in. I called them and the same guy said he never ordered the key. What a waste of time. So disappointed in the service. And upset at myself for wasting my time at this business. I wont return for anything. Ill just go to an Ace at a different location.

From the moment you walk in the staff is so attentive. They make sure that you get the assistance to help you find what you need. Miriam was so helpful and sweet. I love shopping at this store! I always walk out with what I need and with a smile on my face.

Ace is the best place to go for hardware essentials. The store brand tools are good quality products and when I buy something made by them I can trust that they will stand by it. They have cheap prices but they aren't so cheap that I feel like i'm buying a piece of junk. If I ever need something Ace is my number one choice compared to another hardware store like Home Depot.

Good community resource. When I need some hardware type product or service, they do it right and do it fast. Luis custom cut a piece of glass to size for me today. I've previously gone there for key copies, window and door repair, hard to find furnace filters, cabinet hinges, and sponge mop replacements.

This Olson's Ace is Wonderful. Helpful knowledgable employees that welcome you and actually assist you. Good selection and stock of the home supplies and tools we need.

I went in to purchase bungee cords and outdoor electric cord; however I left with a charve of $106. 2 young men took me to areas I needed to be in. The young woman cashier very friendly. Overall excellent visit.

This is a great neighborhood store. The guys on the floor know what they are doing. Sometimes you just have to be a bit patient as only so many workers can help all the customers. Everyone is just always so friendly and amazing. :)
