This is one of my favorite kroger branch… everything is neat and well organized, friendly customer service.. I highly recommend this branch

I've never encountered any problems. Staff has always been friendly and cheerful. I especially love the produce department it's very fresh.

I love Kroger's. I do the Kroger's pickup and I go in. I never seem to have many problems when I go to Kroger's. Expect the fact it's not enough cashiers. But no matter what a manager will hop on a register and help out, sometimes.

The best deli meat and service. Can't go wrong with boars head meat and cheeses.

No one wants to go the store the day before Thanksgiving, but my wife burned the cornbread for the dressing and I was "elected" to go to the store. The lot was packed and so was the store. The plus was I asked a couple of employees to help me find the cornbread mix. If they were stressed, I couldn't tell. That impressed me. The check out lines were long, but it WAS the day before Thanksgiving.

Excellent prices on everyday products, great sales, and store brands. Gas discounts from purchase points are a great way to save money. Online coupons save us $ each week!

This Kroger has EXCELLENT customer service! They went above and beyond with barely any workers that evening to make sure my son had his cupcakes for his school birthday party! We had purchased cupcakes from the Plano store and all the icing fell off and they looked horrible so we live by the Richardson one and they made sure we weren’t disappointed! The entire front end staff was remarkable! Joshua made sure we were taken care of and was so kind and friendly! That store was 10 times better than Plano! Highly recommend using them for grocery needs 🤗

Kroger is my favorite place to buy groceries. The produce is good, the prices have been great in these times of inflation, and they do an adequate job keeping items in stock. I use fuel points from their rewards program to get cheaper gas too.

Decent Kroger with a decent selection. This one has sushi. It's usually clean and well stocked when I go but I've usually gone in the mornings thus far. The staff usually mind their business.

Very clean and every time I’ve gone inside they have the items I’ve been looking for! Only once I wasn’t able to find a produce item (due to me going in late at night) but I was still able to get all I needed on my list and not have to worry about going to Walmart to get the items that usually are not in stock at Walmart but they are ALWAYS stocked at this Kroger!!! I’ll always keep coming to this place!!!!

Th flowers that I bought a few days before Easter are still beautiful 10 (!) days later! That is unheard of for grocery store flowers. They have been gorgeous from the beginning, full and colorful. I used the included "food" and when that ran out, gave them a bit of sugar in the water when I changed it. I am so impressed. Nice job, floral department!

The two young ladies in the deli today along with the Boar's Head sales rep were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful today. The cashier, Tasha, had both speed and customer service skills. The store was clean an organized. Not the Kroger store I typically go to, but definitely the best Kroger experience I think I've ever had

Typical grocery store. Have to say their produce section is kept very fresh. Good selection of fruits and veggies. Good manager specials in the meat section too. The cashiers always recognize my toddler and give her a sticker... which certainly makes loading the car easier! Hah.

Love this Kroger! Amazing customer service! I shop here frequently. The manager has come up to me on multiple occasions and personally asked how I was doing and if he can help with anything, something that has never happened to me at a different grocery store. Very friendly!

Deli meats and cheeses are also on point! Ask for Jane, she'll fix you up real quick and give you suggestions of what's good. Happy customer!

Ordered a Gender Reveal Cake at this Kroger location and Nita at the bakery did an outstanding job with this. The actual cake came out to be much better than the one in photo and it was very delicious. I will order all my future custom cake orders here.

This may be Kroger's smallest store in my area. It has, nonetheless, been my go to store for regular grocery shopping for almost 9 years now. The prices are good, and I enjoy the routine discounts I receive from being a rewards member. A discount of about 10% at checkout is my typical experience. Despite occasional frustrations with the disappearance of favorites over the years, the variety is good, and the shopping experience is pleasant. The addition of smaller shopping carts a couple years ago was a welcome discovery. These are so convenient for quick trips without the trouble of hand-carrying a heavily loaded basket.

Management has always attempted - and usually successfully - to find ways to provide items I purchase but which have been dropped from regular inventory.

Yeah, I"m happy with my neighborhood Kroger.
