Quick and helpful assistance. Sales agent welcomed me to the store. I asked for location for what I wanted. She took me to the items I wanted. Helped me chose by having the knowledge of the shoes in her store. All in all a good experience. Very fast and courteous visit to this location. Recommend

Very clean and organized. Everything is easy to find and fairly priced. Everybody who works here seems very professional and ready to help. It's nice to have a shoe store in Burrell. Reminds me of the golden days of the shopping center.

Update: Still a great store with good sales. They're definitely in the holiday spirit, with cute decorations. One of the employees was dressed in the cutest, most festive outfit today!

I have lived in Tarentum since 2008; Saturday it was time for me to get a new pair of shoes (I will be walking around Nassau a lot in February); I had every intention of going to mills mall, which is always chaotic, and was not looking forward to it. I go over to Lower Burrell all the time to eat and shop. I googled "shoes lower burrell" and low and behold, found shoe sensation. I went over, expecting a small store with a very limited selection, boy oh boy I was wrong, they had a huge selection, and happened to be having buy one on clearance, get another half off, so instead of one pair, I got two! employees were all very nice and helpful. You won me as a customer from now on!

I took my father (in a wheelchair) to Shoe Sensation. He received attentive service and assistance, and appropriate recommendations for his needs were made. This was a very pleasant shopping experience.
