AT&T Store

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were not the typical overbearing sales people.
I felt comfortable asking questions and getting honest answers. My experience was unexpectedly pleasant .

Isaiah was very helpful, patient, professional and honest. He gave me good advice.

I will be recommending my friends and family to go to this location for their wireless needs regardless of their distance to the location.

Isaiah the manager was outstanding! He was patiently helping me for at least 3 hours with my phone upgrade and getting my account set up. All the while he was helping other people in the store just as efficiently. Will definitely come back

I've been to many locations but always have such a bad experience. Once I've been in carlstadts location, it was such a great experience. The manager Richard was very knowledgeable and very helpful, I entered the store only for a case and charger for my phone. Come to find out I was due for an upgrade which I had no clue of, thanks to Richard I was able to walk out satisfied with a new phone and a case. And the price wasn't bad after all. I do recommend visiting this location and please ask for Richard he's such an amazing guy that cares for his customers wants

I had to leave a review for my man Richard the manager of the store. I’m not going to lie when I first walked in I was cancelling all three of my lines because of charges On my bill but with the level of professionalism and concern for his customers he got me to not only stay with the company but upgrade all three of my lines and saw I was eligible for a tablet something I never even knew about and some how some way with the plan he offered me I would get the tablet and still pay the same price. Not only that he showed me the benefits of insurance and how important it is. Definitely recommend this store and to definitely ask for Richard.

These guys treated me SO well. I’ve had bad experiences with big name carriers in the past, but I’ve never been heard out and listened to more than I was here. Kudos to the management for their outstanding work!

The manager Richard was awesome. He was very patient and got me and my husband in and out effortlessly. He took into consideration that I had my two year old and five year old and they would get inpatient quick a moms worst nightmare. He even put on the Disney channel for them to stay somewhat occupied. With that being said I was also on the verge of whether I wanted to upgrade from a Samsung to iPhone or stick with Samsung. By the time Richard was done I didn’t care if I got a Samsung or iPhone with such level of experience and professionalism. He explained the importance of insurance and I definitely added it to my new phone and I’ve been with ATT forever and was always against insurance. We need more employees like him who really sincerely care about people not just to get money. Definitely will recommend Carlstadt and tell them to definitely ask for Richard.

I was impressed with the time and patience the store manager took with me yesterday. I was a customer with another major carrier for 22 years. I never came across anyone like this individual Johnathan. He goes above and beyond for his customer.

We were looking for sample model of the galaxy S22 ultra and found one at the AT&T store in Carlstadt. We went in and were greeted nicely by Kevin who turned out to be one of the best Customer experiences that me and my wife have ever experienced in a long time. Kevin offered all the latest AT&T products and services and since we were interested with the latest Samsung S22 trade-in promo, he explained the whole process with simplicity and ease. Although he had some system issues which did not allow the orders to go throug, he went through great lengths with their AT&T Vendor service support to get the issue straightened up. What seemed like a long wait felt really short since we felt confident that Kevin was doing his very best to analyze the account problem which turned out to be a system glitch, which he helped resolve with his AT&t support crew. Overall, with Kevin's Customer-centric approach and expertise, he made our orders for 2 new s22 phones reality and we will just be waiting for the orders to arrive and come back to the store to swap our trade-ins and set-up the new phones.
I don't normally make ling reviews like this, but we truly believe that if our AT&T Customer/Sales service crew are all like Kevin, AT&T can gain back the Customer Service throne! We did not have a great experience with the Lyndhurst branch and we're so thankful that the AT&T Carlstadt store delivered strongly! We will definitely tell all of our friends to visit the Carlstadt store and look for Kevin👍👌💪👏

Great customer service! Went in with a phone problem, ended up leaving with a new phone, lower bill, and tv which saved me more money too. Employees Jaime Shirley Rhianna Bobby were all patient knowledgeable and well mannered. Clean store. Friendly staff.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this at&t store ! The service was impeccable from beginning to end. I got the brand new IPhone X MAX which is totally awesome already. AT&T made it super easy && being that I’m a realtor and consistently on my phone through out the day they were very patient with me. Appreciated all of the help here today, looking forward to coming back next time around. The store is very clean- ample amount of parking !
