Edited; I’ve added more good stuff. Here’s the experience I had at this store today…

I saw the fellow who collects the carts bring an elderly person a cart and helped them into the store.

I found the items I was looking for quickly & easily.

The friendly young woman in the health & beauty section helped me find the kind of NyQuil I was looking for, then referred me to the pharmacy counter for a question I had.

At the pharmacy counter, I was given clear instructions and good information in a friendly manner.

Then at the check-out, I had a pleasant experience with the cashier.

In fact, ALL my interactions at this store have been consistently pleasant.

This store has good variety & is well laid out. But it’s the people that make it an excellent store.

I’m taking it back now.

The way they are dealing with this virus is excellent. They’re demonstrating all the right cautions and procedures.

Prices vary, find the sale. Bakery is great, I enjoy shopping here.

Only place that I know that sells the ginger lemon and ecanacea juice blend that I like.

Shelves were stocked. Three different guys who were stocking shelves were so helpful in helping me find items I needed. And the wonderful lady at courtesy was also very helpful. Wish I got their names.The workers at Stop and Shop in Carlstat are so friendly and courteous. Pleasure shopping there.

I shop best at Stop & Shops; I really prefer the small shopping carts & they have a FEW. Do wish they had more. When Jeremy is working he'll look for 1 for me. He's a great asset.

Behold the one place that smells cozy, has a nice atmosphere, and sells boars head brand meats and cheeses. If not for the weird way to get into the place, this store would be way more crowded than it already is.

This STOP 'N SHOP, in Carlstadt, NJ, is the ABSOLUTE BEST grocery I have ever been to. I cannot find the words to describe it much less say enough about it. The store is SUPER clean, well stocked, and the staff there is so nice and friendly. It is so worth me traveling all the way from Queens just to shop there on the weekend.

This is a Nice stop and shop with a big parking lot. It is Always clean and organized. They have Good produce, staff has always been nice. There are always plenty of carts. Bakery is pretty good, deli is good too.

Always can find fresh food here at a decent price. Great sales on steaks every once in a while! Staff is friendly and helpful! Joe C and Dave L are always helping me find stuff I can't find on my own

A supermarket chain where you can find fresh produce, bakery and dairy goods, meats and poultry, household items and cleaning supplies, frozen foods all at competitive prices and this store in particular, never seems to be too busy. You can also buy lottery tickets and there's a tiny pnc bank branch in here too.

Thank God for this place. This is the only place i found with baby formula. The girl was so kind patient and helpful. Please if your having hard time finding formula for your baby call here they have formula.

Really great people work at this Stop and Shop, which is located on the western edge of our Borough of Carlstadt and provides residents a place to walk for groceries, or take a short drive and avoid some traffic. Stop & Shop always features specials in the fresh produce, meat and fish sections, and their creations from the bakery and florist can't be beat!

Not only does it have the usuals but it also has some product most stores don't carry like, your health conscious people a fresh fish display, I just found a place that has some items like some places don't carry

Love to shop at night.. their bbq wings that they premake is good.. just heat and eat.( located near the deli counter). Place is nice and clean

Needed to eat my feeling and they had everything I wanted and needed for a quick trip extremely friendly staff
