Island Tiki General Store

Stopped in here looking for a shirt to take home with me. Joel, the employee helping us took his time with us to show us all around. Gave us wonderful recommendations on what to do in the area (it was our first time visiting) and all of his recommendations were so much fun. Thankful we stopped in here because we left with bags filled and a full itinerary of things to do. If I ever find myself back in Pigeon Forge I will be back hopeful for more wonderful tips from Joel!

i loved this place!! it’s super fun and cozy, and the staff were super nice. the guy in the beanie (couldn’t get his name) specifically was super helpful and charming, i can’t wait to come back!

Cute little island themed souvenir shop. Shirts are decently priced, we got some cozy long sleeves for only $20 a piece. Decent selection of kids shirts as well. The people at checkout were very nice.

Neat souvenir shop with fair prices. They have a lot of different personalized type memorabilia. Lots of clothing, but they don't offer larger sizes.

This is an Island themed store. They have clothes and things related to that lifestyle. Very bright and colorful. Friendly staff.

If I could find the info to report the workers at this store from tonight I would definitely call and complain! We walked in at 1020 pm and website says it closes at 1100pn. They announce at 1021 pm that they will be closing in 2 minutes!! 2 minutes people!?! My daughter wanted to go in is why we went and of course it said they were open til 11 PM, I need to stress again. So we went to the counter to check out and there was a girl back in the little office looking right at us and didn't bother to come check us out. So some guy came up to the register from locking the front door and checked us out and THEN told us we had to go out the back door because the front one was locked! To damn lazy to go unlock it and let us out. There was 3 guys in the store and a girl I'm not sure if all were workers but they all walked out together...out the front door of course!! I have never had such terrible customer service in my life and I will never ever go in that store again nor will I recommend it to anyone! Come on "The Island", can't you find better workers then that?!?

Walked in the door at 10:20 p.m. all my husband and I got were nasty looks from 3 women working there. No hello, no welcome, nothing. In fact, we were walking through the store when they shut off the music and locked the doors at 10:25 pm. We got the message. We Will never be back and I hope you don’t stop in.
