I was surprised when this store opened, because there are already two drug stores within walking distance, the Walgreens east of here on Main Street, and the Rite Aid on South Main (Elkton Rd) near Apple Road. I am not a big fan of this store. It is small and has a markedly poorer selection not only than most CVS's, but than either of the other two drug stores. The interior is clean and neat, but it just doesn't have a great selection. The front seems more self-checkout oriented too, as opposed to the other stores which have a traditional checkout that I like better. Also, there are a lot of services that are available at most CVS's, like COVID vaccines, that don't seem available here. Like I don't know if the appointments were booked but when I looked into a COVID booster they didn't ever show any appointments at this location and that makes me wonder if they just don't offer it here? This store is redundant...we didn't need another drug store in this location, especially not one that is inferior in its offerings to the other existing stores. I will remain loyal to Walgreens and Rite-Aid, which I think are better stores anyway.

Most unreliable pharmacy I've ever used. Good luck getting thru on the phone, I'm currently on hold for over a half hour. I assume they are having an unscheduled closure today, but they don't have the courtesy to say that on their phone message. However, the staff and pharmacists are friendly and helpful. I don't blame them for the problems.

Horrible automated phone system that will frustrate you every time you need to call.

Pharmacy for past 2 months has changed greatly .Very long lines for pick up and consultation. No drive through anymore. Debating on moving to another PHARMACY.

Would give a zero star if I could. I have never In my life seen a pharmacy be closed on Sunday and only open until 5pm during the week it is absolutely ridiculous if you have a job looks like your never going to be able to get a prescription from them

The worst. Do not start with this store. They do not answer the phone. You can not have relationship with a Vender who refuses to speak in person to their callers.

I wish I could give 0 starts… I called to see if they have a prescribed medicine for my child. Ann Marie told me i needed to be there by 530 or they will close the store for me. I asked to please wait for me 1 minute. I was there at 531 and you guys closed on me. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! My child is in PAIN!

The salesperson seems new; however, as a customer, you get the feeling of being a disruption to her whatever she is doing.
She did not listen to what we were asking at all.
The most unprofessional employee we have met for a very looong time.
At check out, when we told her to pay part in cash and the rest with CC, she said to swipe the card, which would charge the entire amount. We told her we spent X amount in money and then the rest with the card, had to repeat it several times with the explanation to enter the cash first. The receipt was then almost thrown at us.
We didn’t feel welcome at all.
We use this particular CVS quite often; maybe we have to reconsider.
