I love book stores. I'm going to be partial towards a place that provides some of my favorite things. Still, I can compare this Barnes and Noble to some I've been in at malls or in other shopping plazas while visiting other states. We stopped in here after visiting University of Delaware open house and tour with our son.

I can appreciate the vibe and the friendly atmosphere this store near the University campus provides. It didn't feel like a big chain store but more of a locally owned bookstore, especially with their little cafe inside featuring locally produced dairy items!

The store was accessible with ramps and elevators and comfortable to move about. It was plenty of University clothing and collectible items on one side of the store then all of the books, calendars, games and other expected items of the bookstore. I was pleasantly surprised and will visit again knowing this Barnes & Noble feels different from the one in the mall!

The building is a historic building worth reading about on the right hand side of the main entrance. The outside seating is well landscaped with wonderful trees. I was there for Udairy Creamery Cafe. I had a chicken pesto grilled cheese on sourdough bread. I had enough for two meals! Also had a gala apple that was perfect. The ladies that served me were a delight. I would highly recommend this place!

Visited the Delaware University on a tour and stopped in. Well organized and nice collections.

Eat some sandwiches and read some books. Buy some Apple Watches why you’re at it so that you don’t end up being late to class because you’re having so much fun browsing around the UD swag section. Pokémon Go players rejoice as you can swipe some sweet Pokéstops from the comfy chairs.

Great, great. Amazing ice cream. I loved the blu be-be ice cream made with japanese sweet potatoes. Delicious. My husband liked the strawberry one and my son liked the dark night chocolate ice cream. The scoops are very big, so dont go for 2 scoops. One scoop is a lot of ice cream 🍨🍨🍨🍨

B&N @ U Delaware. Went to pick up school books ordered online. It was organized and fast pick up. UD Merch were plentiful but pricey.

I am astounded by the variety of merch. The retro blue hen designs from when I was at Newark in the '80s really brought back old memories of events and people. very helpful staff. Lots of good items in the closeout section on the opposite side of the sales floor

Stopped by during our UD tour. Gorgeous location, well planned out store and just tons of selections. Their staff was adorbs and very helpful!

Love this store. I visit it at least twice a week, and it never ceases to amaze me that I find something new every time. Huge selection of everything from games and puzzles, to text books, to clothing. They also have a good sized cafe inside, complete with charging outlets at every seat, so it's a great quiet place to get some work done when you get tired of dealing with the noise and hustle and bustle of places like Starbucks.

Just a really great place for the students to find really the best stuff that you want for school. My daughter has been shopping there this year as a sophmore in high school getting ready for the big u d.

Great place for buying books and for chilling as well

Thank you Apple in the bookstore. Great staff! You saved my son who had a piece of his case stuck in his phone the day before freshman classes started, only 8% battery, not able to charge his phone and panicking. Everyone at B&N is always very helpful. Great store.

The books are really expensive but B&N price matches so, that's the best you can get.
They have electronics (apple products) and a lot of UD merchandise. The merchandise is VERY EXPENSIVE. But, it's really good too. They offer discounts every now and then. Also, a lot of books are available for rent here too. The people are helpful and the store's really good.

They got books and good pencils

This store is very clean, contains a Starbucks, and has a large selection of products. Their inventory includes: University of Delaware apparel, textbooks, other books, desk toys, Apple products, Legos, notebooks, snacks, and boardgames among other things. Some of the goods here are more expensive than other places but that is expected at Barns & Noble.

I'm not into the while mall experience anymore but this is one of the exceptions. Located in Christiana Mall in Christiana, Delaware I always stop in to see what's in stock. Be it books, games, puzzles or magazines Branes & Noble does an excellent job of sticking the latest amd many hard to find books and items. While I do have a Samsung Galaxy pad I still prefer the feel of having a good book in my hands to ready and B & N has the best selection around of every category you can imagine.
They also have a nice DVD and read aloud DVD publications covering both classical and modern stories and biographies.
The cafe located in the store is also a nice touch offering coffee, tea, water etc as well as some comfort food allowing you to read and relax on your own time.
I enjoyed Borders Books when they were open but it didn't have all of the amenities that B & N has and the selection is a little better at Barnes also.

Its the UD bookstore. That's it. The people are always friendly and helpful in there. Good place to get the blue books for testing at UD. Cool merch, but usually overpriced (in my opinion).

There is now UD Creamery inside of Barnes and Noble. Whoopee, right on Main Street. All the flavors are so yummy
