7-Eleven

I got locked out of my car. Had to wait almost 3 hours for a locksmith. It was snowing outside and the roads were bad.
Venny was very welcoming. Pulled up a chair and had me sit inside and wait. I will never forget her kindness and hospitality as she hung out with me.

Barbara is the MVP. She truly cares for her customers and in my opinion, fully deserves a raise for her Customerservice. I haven’t had anyone do anything nice for me in quite some time out of the blue so it is sincerely and truly appreciated. Do not hesitate to stop at this 7/11! It is also extremely clean inside!

Love it 😍 The place has just about anything you want. Employees are courteous and they keep the store extremely clean. I love their cookies and baked goods. Their Fajita tacos are awesome 😎 My go to is their delicious Argires popcorn it’s Utterly delicious just as the package says 😋

Perhaps the best 7-Eleven I know of in the western suburbs. The store is always well-stocked, organized, and clean. And I've never had a problem with the clerks there.

The lady working at the gas station this morning gave me by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a gas station.

The 7-11 itself is super modern and has a lot of options across the board.

I'm in here alot. About 2 times a week every week.
The staff is always attentive and expedient.

I have stopped here several times since they opened, too many time the employees seem pre occupied to help the customers. Today was the last time I visit. Just made a quick stop to play the lottery and some snacks. Employee let me stand at the counter for several minutes while she played with her phone. I ended up walking out. Terrible customer service & those tacos they sell are gross. Customers first should always be priority.

Extremely unprofessional employee August or Maestro on receipt. While with my children and getting slurpees, employee came to me and elevated voice if we were done and stop wasting his product. I explained most machines were almost all watery even though stating they were ready. I tasted one because it seemed odd since it was almost all liquid I threw it out. I explained to him why I did this and he started screaming to not waste and he saw. Horrible experience unacceptable customer service. He swore in front of other customers and my children and kept screaming saying he had 20 years of customer experience and he must be good and had been in this country for many years and at this store 8 months. All while screaming and swearing and saying he didn’t care. I paid for the products even though they were all mostly melted. I’m never returning here. This is probably why the store is empty. No apology at all from this man and even customer in front told him to stop and not swear at customers. He refused to give me the manager and owner number and name. My children were scared. I would have called the police but I had my children because this man is aggressive, angry, and was harassing me and my children. I will be making a report to city and also have made one to corporate.

The gas pumps at this location are very slow. They pump at 25% of the speed of a normal gas station. If you value your time at all, go to another local gas station.

The cashier was very disrespectful. and accused me of stealing. I was buying a big gulp and inserted my card to pay. The machine wasn't scanning my Debit card. Because he forgot to press the transaction button. He told me about the camera seeing me and I was playing games.
