I had difficulty finding an item in the shop and was helped by one of the attendants. She went with me to find the item, looked though the stock and discovered it. She was so considerate and polite; I truly appreciated that extra bit of assistance.

The staff were all very nice and friendly and the store was clean and well stocked. I wasn't solicited by any panhandlers in the parking lot and there were no people living in broken down RV's in the parking lot.

It was a holiday weekend and I was in a pinch to get invitations printed quickly. I tried the old kinko's place but the invites were on the flimsy side with envelopes noticebly larger than the invites, which made them feel cheap to me. I decided to call Staples. The gal on the phone was friendly and patient while I asked my questions. After speaking with her, I decided to go in and she showed me the nicer paper\card stock options. I was very pleased and place my order. She said it would take 24 hours but I received a notice that evening that the order was ready. The invitations were beautiful and the envelopes fit perfectly. Now I know to go straight to Staples for my printing needs!

The service received from Tyson at store#1342 was excellent. It was very refreshing since the last month has been awful customer service from different places. He was the cashier and went out of his way to help me with checking out and finding savings for my purchase. One with downloading the APP and also did a price compare. He walked me through the whole process and then found the additional savings while I was finishing up the needed requirements for the APP. Was very friendly, didn't rush or get frustrated with anything and very helpful in explaining some additional things on the app for tracking and future savings. Excellent customer service!

Juan was extremely helpful and very patient, while we were shopping we were asked if we needed anything. overall a very great store with amazing customer service

Had what I needed very helpful Staff told me exactly where I needed to go

I purchased some expensive inks 2 days ago, opened the inks and tried to print, but my printer didn't print any letters. The customer service representative had no questions when I took the opened inks back to them. I appreciate their cares to their customers.
I also tried to print some documents from their computer printer, it changed 30C per min and much better than other Co who charged me 69C per min at 3 days ago.
We need to purchase more office /home supplies from them, to support their business goes well for our convenience.

This Staples was very tidy, inside and out. The outside was very clean with no litter on the ground and spacious parking. The inside was also extremely clean, tidy, and organized. Everything was easy to find regardless of what you were looking for. I went into browse and ended up spending more money than I intended to because the offers were just too good to pass up. The staff is knowledgeable and very polite and patient. They're very very busy and didn't seem frazzled or in a hurry at all. The quality of the products that I bought was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this to future colleagues, friends, and family. This Staples experience was just great overall. This particular Staples, in my opinion, is far better than any others in the area. Thank you Staples! 5stars all around!

I needed my cdl medical card shrunk to wallet size and laminated. When I arrived I noticed there was only one employee working the copy section and she was helping some one else out. Let me tell you Bree is awesome not only did she help me and the other person at the same time but she did it with out getting frustrated or angry. She was fast and friendly and was able to multitask like a true professional.

Staples is as well stocked as any office supply store. I have had only positive experiences with associates there.

Jen helped me price match my happy planner and krystyna was the sweetest while ringing me up. Their customer service was amazing!!!!! I live 3 mins from this location unfortunately, i forgot the girl that rang me up in copy and print all 3 girls were so helpful! I never leave reviews but I was shocked at how above and beyond their customer service was towards me A+ :)

Excellent service from the delivery drivers and fast!

I always forget about this location. Its closer to me than the other two I go to. Great customer service. Shelves are well stocked with items. Clearance area is a decent size and you can always find great gifts. I will definitely visit this location more.

Went in not too long ago, think it was about two weeks back. The service was a bit horrendous. I didn't want to go back but it's the only one that's on my way back home form school. I went in and met this really nice and helpful employee, Penny. You rule Penny. Thanks for my Crayola markers and magnetic tape.

This afternoon I stopped by with a printing project I needed help with. The young lady, Lela, who assisted me was professional, very knowledgeable, and put me at ease that my project was in good hands. Great customer service.

I received a $10 gift certificate from #Staples and bought a new desk fan for $7. It is a powerful little unit that has multiple positions. A great compact, space-saving machine. The clerk was cheerful and welcoming.
