Convenience location with a lot of parking space, very friendly staffs and seldom with long line by cashier, fair price with wide variety. Just hope the digital coupon is most user friendly, I miss a lot of saving since digital coupon implemented.

Love this store, the staff is amazing and love the manager specials in floral. They just recently got a very impressive remodel, store looks amazing and we hope that the rest of the plaza would do the same, looking forward to the Sushi at coming soon, so excited. Ralphs is one of the best stores you can ever go to. They have always the biggest selection of the best brands. The meat is very good, the produce is always really super fresh and the stores are clean and run really well. Great service departments. Awesome wine 🍷 and cheese 🧀 selections, all good

I had to change my rating to 5 stars. Although prices have increased a lot lately, I can always find bargains here at Ralphs. I just love their markdowns!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've shopped here since they opened a long time ago. Because of the produce and meat deals I can find here, Ralphs is my favorite grocery store.

I like that as soon as you walk in through those doors you get greeted you get asked if you need help or if you need a cart or I may help you with anything or something they're willing to help you if you can't carry something and you're like a single mom who needs help putting something into the cart they're willing to help you to reach items. Fast great service and quality of food great even on keeping areas in store clean. Cashiers are polite always asked if I need a bag I need help taking my cart to the vehicle and the coupons that they give you at the end of your transaction is always helpful they always remind me about my rewards card and if you don't have one to do is try to recommend if you want one and if not I think they use their rewards cards to help you out which either way you still get a discount so they try to help their customers as much as possible, the soft check out as fast and convenient there's always someone there to help you if you can't find my item do willing to own put it in stock for the next shipment for you they're willing to compromise for what isn't in the store to bring it back to the store I'm they really try to help their customers which is a really good thing especially during a time during covid. Their food quality are fruits and vegetables are always great I usually always try to take out the bottle and always keeping it clean me no multi fruits or vegetables I always try to keep stock which I live about that place. It's even fast convenient to even do curbside online pickup in person it's just very very convenient easy shopping for customers here at the store so I would still recommend this store to a friend or family member or anyone else it is really a good store to shop if you really pay attention to the deals of the day, they even have coupons online on their websiteor app, it's pretty much a really good store.

Love to come here. Their deli is always fresh and clean and their bakery is awosome. The staff there very helpful and nice.

Im new to the area and have came here twice employees were very friendly first visit when I came in with my kids and cashier even gave my kids stickers. Has a great little self scan area which is great for people who dont like to socialize in the mornings like me. Should keep bags restocked in that section but employees seem friendly and willing to help in a heart beat

You should see their Distribution Center!!
Workers are HAPPY, ENERGETIC, BUSY clean in and outside of warehouse and they make sure everything is super safe, clean..

I saved $21 today through the Ralph's Rewards program. They always have fresh meat stocked and available. Very friendly and helpful staff also. My favorite place to shop for groceries. I recommend you come in between 9am-2 pm and you can be in and out quickly.

Ralphs is a real grocery store! Reminds me of all the good supermarkets that were around when I was growing up.
Yes, Ralphs was around then but not in the Riverside area. So my family bought our groceries at other markets.
I enjoy having the choice of shopping at Ralphs! Still a fantastic store and have kept up with the times! So modern!! They have a very large selection and a very wide variety of foods, merchandise, and goods.
The employee staff do a wonderful job and demonstrate excellent customer service too!

The place is well set up; organized, cool and convenient. Great security who was very helpful. Their is a key punch lock on the bathrooms which is the only inconvenience.

Ralph's Magnolia values me as customer and the staff are personable and friendly, that's why I shop there, I can get groceries anywhere but great customer service is hard to get these days. Joe the manger makes sure his customers are taken care, Laurie helps where ever she can, I see her helping in many of the store areas. Thank you Ralph Magnolia!

Great deals if one pays attention to the advertisements. Friendly and helpful and cheerful personnel. In my experience when the employees are happy the experience is top shelf.

Ralphs is always great, they are always very helpful polite courteous an all around great store, whenever I go to other grocery stores and they do not have what I need or want I’ll try Ralph’s, so if you cannot find what you need at your local grocery store try Ralph’s I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Buy local, shop local, spend local.
