Big 5 Sporting Goods

Big 5 is very convenient usually has what we need for sporting goods and a great shoe selection. It's conveniently located in magnolia center generally they have a very knowledgeable staff and they are always friendly . I have been shopping here for years and years. The only disappointment is the quality of fishing merchandise it is more for the beginner .

We bought last minute golf shoes for my son before heading to the course. Big 5 had locations in my area. They had shoes in my son's size in stock and the sales staff was very fast and friendly. Can't ask for much more. Thanks!

All employees asked me how my day was so far. It made me feel really comfortable. They knew exactly where the products were that I was looking for. And the cashier didn't seem to mind i wanted to grab a drink at the last second. Great employees! Clean store!

Had an exceptional shoe shopping visit at this store. Originally was going to buy only a single pair of work shoes. But was so impressed with the prices and selection I ended up purchasing three pairs instead.
The customer service was top tier and the employees were helpful, out going, and informed.
This is a fine, well cared for location with much varied sporting goods inventory. Hadn't visited here for a while, but with all of the great items sold here, l will be back soon.

Great customer service! I had to exchange a pair of shoes I bought my wife which were a size to big. Luckily the shoes were still in stock and had the size we needed. Initially they were on sale when I made the purchase but now when exchanging them they were regular price. That was not a problem. I was still able to do the exchange without paying the difference. No hesitations about it! Thank you to all of the employees at Big 5! Now that's when you know big management is doing a great job. FYI this wasn't the first awesome experience I had but only the most recent.

The staff at Big 5 were proactively helpful and recognized that I needed to put some of my items at the counter even if I didn't know it. Without that insight, I imagine that I would have been juggling way too many heavy things when I went to the register. It is a small to medium sporting goods store with a fair selection and ordinary prices. I found what I was looking for easily.

This Big 5 is not as stocked as the other Big 5's in the Riverside areas. However, the Customer Service was excellent! I will definitely be shopping here again! Big KUDOS TO THE STAFF THAT WERE WORKING ON 3/12/2021 @ approximately 4pm-5pm...You all ROCK!

Bought some cool Maui skater shoes. Best time to shop at 6pm. Check out fast and worker friendly.

They had the product I needed and gave me 10% off because I asked for a discount. Very happy.

The staff need more hospitality training and the prices are a bit high unless you get it on sale.

It's not as big a store as I was used to but, I find what I need and they honor all the coupons. Staff is very nice and store personnel are helpful. It's easy to locate, quick parking and just an nice set up.

They have everything. Not sure how they can cram so much into such a small store but they do. Have never not found what I needed when I go there. The people are very courteous and they always have plenty of people on duty to help you out. Prices are good. They aren't the cheapest, but you don't go here for the cheapest you go here to get exactly what you need.
