I spoke with an associate named Jason and was very helpful! He even looked up ther online pricing and I saved an additional amount of money on my purchase. What an awesome associate. I was also greated by another associate named Wendy, and she was so very helpful.
Staples has trained their associates very well! I want to thank these associates for their help!

Let me count the ways I found my trip yesterday to the Campbell Staples to be a five-star experience. Someone greeted me the moment I walked in, the shelves are well stocked and they had everything I came in for, the clerk Wendy took the time to find my account and set up a new password and since I had a full cart with a huge bundle of paper towels teetering on the basket, someone rushed up to help me get the items out the door. An unnamed large grocery chain needs to send their employees for Staples training on how to make their customers feel valued. Just sayin'!

Wendy at the print center was sooooooooo nice! She noticed that our Christmas cards had bent corners and insisted on reprinting us replacements! What an awesome experience, she really cares about doing quality work and she has such a joyous personality! Thank you Wendy!!!

I was there few times to print some stuff for my business and personal thing and this lady ( Yadhira) was so helpful and patient with all my orders. I definitely would train her for higher position as she’s well capable of her current position.

Matt and Melissa are rare humans. They are polite, professional and knowledgeable. There was a rude customer in line in front of me, and they were still so nice. I told the guy that I know you wont write a nice review about them so I will..... A rare moment for me. I would have never been that nice. Promote Melissa to Store Manager and Matt as her asistant. They are rockstars! There, I did my good deed for the day!

Meagan is your go-to-person if you want an exceptional card that clearly communicates your enterprise. She's a thoughtful listener, creative, and helpful allowing you to make changes until it's just right. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the end product it accomplished.

Daisy, the print and marketing supervisor is Fantastic. She was so patient and compassionate with me, I couldn't wait to come back in and have her serve me.

She was what every employer wants but can't find: helpful, hard working, full of happiness, knowledgeable, professional, and personable...oh and she had great hair and a beautiful flower to brighten up the print area. My friends and I shopped frequently at this Staples to get materials for a supplies drive. Elizabeth and Brandon were very patient and helpful representatives, and several times they helped us find products in the store that were on sale or that we wanted to buy but could not find. Chris, the manager, was also very helpful to us and on one occasion where the weather was warm even distributed bottles of water to those of us in line. If you're looking for good service and a wide range of office and school supplies, this is a great store.

Customer service was great, Amnna went the extra mile for me in helping me get my prints done, she was knowledgeable and efficient, plus did the job that I requested in a speedy fashion. Pleased with my experience!

I went here in August 2019, and my experience was amazing. The cashier was really nice and I was able to find the products I was looking for. However, the only flaw was that the store wasn’t very busy at the start of most people’s school year, and I really hope that this place has enough income to stay in business.

I did catch the employees name who helped me, but she was friendly and helpful. If she some how reads this...printing...up scaling black and white to color...people still need hugs.
It seems most people use COVID as an excuse to make other peoples day go south or to put someone else in a bad mood.
I’m telling you, it’s refreshing to walk into a place and have someone help you who seems like they actually want to help you, and to top it off, be friendly while helping you.
You want to know what that makes me think and want to believe? There is still hope for humanity.

If you want to learn about what printer is best for you, come here and ask for Chris. Chris is super knowledgeable and helped me pick out a printer after I came to return one from a different location Staples. He asked what I needed to use it for and gave me all the pros & cons.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. The place is organized well so easy to find any item in store, and online purchase pickup is pretty good as well. Prices are mostly cheaper than office depot or Amazon.

I went into Staples to MacGyver some affordable business cards, but a friendly rep saw me and helped me find their printing center. It was easy and affordable.
I picked up 1000 cards for $20+tax.

I thought Staples was going out of business, but they've become kind of a boutique small business center. At least go to their website, they probably can help you.

I normally would not give 5-stars for a Staples purchase but the sales person (Terri) that sold me my printer (and then some) was exceptional...I had no problem walking out of the store spending twice as much as I thought I was going to spend.

When I come here to utilize the print department (and services) there's always a lonnng wait and it takes forever, and I hate it, but they do an excellent job and Stephanie is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
The prices are better than Office Max/Depot too!
