Had a wonderful experience at the Campbell store with James. My daughter needed full service from the sizing of her feet to her gait on a treadmill to an assessment of her arches. James was able to help us identify three options from which to choose. He also brought out two others of a brand she was eyeing. We purchased one of the recommended options. The store did not have her preferred color in stock, but they were able to order it for us. He also gave us recommendations on socks and custom molded inserts. The result is a lightweight shoe that provides stability and support for her running. She is joining the military and having a strong support system for her feet is a must. We chose roadrunner sports because we knew they would have great service, and they did not disappoint!!

Wonderful customer service today! I called and talked to Manuel before I ventured out to the store and told him I only had a short amount of time to get shoes and new inserts. Manuel had a stack of shoes waiting for me when I arrived. He was truly great, and I will be a customer for life! Great job, Manuel!

Road Runner was recommended to me a while back by my sister. With Taji beginning, I decided to treat myself and celebrate with a shoe/foot care splurge! I called ahead and was told it’s best to come before 7:30pm to get the full experience. I’m so glad I listened! Came into the store around 7:15pm and left about an hour later with new shoes, custom inserts, and oodles of socks! Andy was incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure I left with inserts that fit my foot/shoe size. He even made two different sized inserts to be sure. I am really excited to try the RoadRunners Sports socks for plantar fasciitis and wide feet. I can already feel the difference. If the price scares you, just remember that your comfort and caring for your body is worth it!

I loved that they analyzed my walk and performed the foot scan to suggest the best shoes for me. The service from Manuel was wonderful. The custom insoles feel amazing although they are expensive. Really good experience getting fitted for a pair of shoes!

I came in impulsively after work to shop around and see what shoe would be right for me since I am relatively new to the running culture. Manuel approached me With warm positivity and great customer service. He had great Knowledge regarding his current inventory, and provided multiple brands in order for me to choose the right shoe that fit me. This store also has a treadmill inside so you were able to take whichever shoe on a little test drive Which is great in my opinion. Will definitely be back once these shoes have run their course. No pun intended.

Amazing team! Super attentive even though they were busy. Sherene in particular was awesome and helped me through the entire fitting process with no pressure!

It was pretty busy, but right when I walked in I was pleasantly greeted and set up in line for the insole fitting. It took a little while but the staff kept checking in on me and made sure I was comfortable. After maybe 25 minutes it was my turn, and I had a lovely lady assess my feet with the treadmill and thoroughly gauge what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable! She also had to juggle a couple customers along with me, which she did skillfully. This was a pleasant experience, they seem to be busy often so leave yourself some time to spend there, but it’s absolutely worth it. I love my new shoes and insoles!

Incredible service, I was immediately greeted upon entry. I worked with an employee named Matthew Jordan and he answered all my question with precision and accuracy. The shoes he recommended were a perfect fit.

My girlfriend and I just worked with Matthew to buy running shoes and custom insoles. He took his time and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Super cool guy. Will definitely come back.

My boyfriend and I drove out from Tracy to get fitted for running shoes. Demetrius was awesome, knowledgeable, and very patient as he had him try multiple pairs. Thank you for being so attentive and I recommend anybody looking for shoes to visit this store and ask for Demetrius.

Andy was an absolute expert and provided me with excellent service. As a pregnant woman who is a hairstylist It was time for a shoe upgrade. I’m so happy with my investment and my feet have never felt better!

I just went in trying to buy a shoe I found on Amazon and not wanting to wait a couple of days for delivery. But the whole experience blew me away. I liked how the sales rep (Andy) put effort into finding the best shoes based on my criteria while educating me about the process and made sure I got the best fit for my 🦶

I took my mom to get fitted for shoes today and was helped by Demetrius. This is more a review for him.

My mother has a bit of arthritis on her toe and is also picky on what she wants on her shoes. He was super knowledgeable, entertaining, and patient, bringing out 15+ pairs of shoes over the course of 1.5 - 2 hours. He gave his personal opinion and thoughts on some of the products, which was very helpful in making a decision. He was also very personable throughout, and we never felt rushed, although I started feeling bad for all the extra work he was doing, since they don’t really get paid commission like that from what I understand. My mom was very happy with her final purchase. 5 stars for Demetrius!

I am in town visiting my Aunt from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I was driving down Hamilton and saw a tent sale. I have been looking for new runners for a while, but too busy to take time to try some on. (Mostly because no one asked if I need help) but stepping into the tent I was immediately greeted by a sales rep. A nice young man with the first initial “E”. He helped me look for shoes and then told me about the other shoes inside. I’ve always been a Mizuno, Brooks or ASICS wearer. Upon going in, I didn’t know I needed to put my name on a list to ne helped but the store manager a nice woman with the first initial “S”put me in the list right away. The staff rotates around and “E” had come in to help clients inside and I ended up being his client. He explained the whole procedure to me. How they scan your feet, check your arches take a short video of how you walk to see which shoe will fit you the best. It was the absolute BEST experience I’ve had getting my new shoes. E showed me the shoes recommended for my poor troubled feet and ankles, since I had previously broken both ankles in 2016. I switched over to HOKA! Hands down the BEST experience I’ve had buying shoes from the sales rep “E” to the manager “S” your patience, knowledge and kindness was much appreciated from this Canadian. Hopefully next year I’ll be back in San Jose and I’ll go straight there to buy my shoes. Thanks guys!!!

Every salesperson is incredibly knowledgeable. Want to call out Pedro specifically—he helped me find the right pair of shoes, talking me through the differences and advantages of each one. He let me try on a bunch of different pairs and then helped me ship a color I wanted that wasn’t in store. I couldn’t have asked for more help or better service !

Shereen helped me find the shoes I really wanted and fit just right. She is a great ambassador for Road Runner. She led the way with the gait test, foot and arch analysis and fitting insoles for excellent arch support. She brought multiple shoes and sizes to try and made me feel like an honored customer.

I had a great experience buying a sneaker from road runners sports. The member (I think his name for Peter) was very helpful in understanding my needs and spent time explaining things and then suggested be the best sneakers. Thanks team. Will shop again.
