Used 30% off coupon and saved a bunch. Sunday about 11:30, no line at the register. Quick service because I know what the store carries. Can't wait for another location to go in on Mission in Fremont. My carpenter dad would have loved this store.

Typical store with the typical layout.. home depot wanted 31 + for some dewalt wood clamps.. found a better clamp at Harbor Freight for 9 dollars.. love there Pittsburgh tools with the lifetime warranty at super low prices. And I haven't been to one yet were everyone who worked there wasn't friendly. Great company, great selections, great people... =win.

Great value for the products they sell. It's less than other big box stores, and they do nice regular promotions for the holidays and for members of their extended service program.

I drive the extra 15 minutes to this location. The employees here are actually happy to help you. Customer service 11/10

Always great deals and tools are good quality for a lot less $$ than typical hardware or auto parts stores.
Yearly Insiders Club is worth it if you shop often.

found what I wanted, the cashier was happy to take my payment and I left. There is no end to what you can use here. You have to just get what you need, or you will blow your budget.

Quick sense Home Depot burned to the ground. Seems like the quality is getting better. Super nice people working there. Never give you a hassle returning items.

I love Harbor Freight whenever I have a little expendable money. I went in for some tarps, and unfortunately they were sold out, probably because we just had the first rain of the year and their tarps are a good deal. I ended up just browsing around and found several excellent deals on misc. stuff I could use. A little treat to myself lol.

Came here, and was greeted by a friendly member of the staff at the door who informed me they are limiting capacity of shoppers allowed in the store at a time, which is great imo, so I waited patiently and then was graciously welcomed inside when it was my turn. I found exactly what I needed quickly, and at a great price. I would have continued browsing but I didn't want to hold up the people waiting outside. So I quickly checked out and left. All of the staff was very energetic, friendly, and helpful. The store was spotless, and everything was well laid out and in order. Highly impressed and would definitely recommend! Good job!!

I always get what i want from here. Best and reasonable place to get your tools and accessories and more. I just like going Harbor freight and get my things.

This is a dangerous place to go when you have a tool addiction. Guys and some gals will fully understand what I mean. Some women have a desire to have multiple pairs of shoes.

The tools here are worth considering. I look at them as a place to purchase tools that you are wanting to buy at a good price. Some of the tools are not professional quality for every day use. Good for homeowners who do not want to rent tools. The hand tools have good warranties.

They offer coupons that you want to have for free items and often 20% off one item. Once you give them your email address, you will have then sent to your email.

Excellent staff, lots of good sales for items that are already competitively priced. The quality of some items reflects what you spend, but you already know that if you are shopping here. Many other items are top notch and still have a low price. If you're looking for general equipment at a bargain, this may be your favorite store. Its proximity to Home Depot and Big 5 makes this a place you shouldn't pass by.

Good place with good service. So far all good with Hercules tools and other tools for home use.

Harbor freight has lots of tools and other items. They are very inexpensive but have a good warranty. With all of the fires and storms power has been unreliable and the generators they sell are a very good deal and if you give them a little care last quite well. The people that work there tey to be very helpful and I always have a good experience in the store.

First time ITC visit. Picked up two of the 130 piece tool sets for family members. Hopefully less missing tools for me. Can't beat the sale price. Will save me money in return long run.

It was Sunday evening and literally Last Minute Buy! But guys were very friendly and helpful. I bought a 10x20 car canopy. With a coupon it was $79 plus tax. The box was big and heavy. Katie and Ric helped me to put it inside my sedan on parking lot even when the store was already closed. Good people made my day. Thanks.
