Yesterday we went into get some food and treats for our hamster that we bought at this store about 4 months ago.
The team member that assisted us was called Jessica.
When we went up to the counter we were surprised and delighted that Jessica how Clarisse (the hamster) was doing.
It had been a rough week and her kindness (and memory, wow) certainly turned the week around.
Petsmart, you are so lucky to have Jessica on your team, what an amazing young woman.

Very nice store. Plenty of parking. Highway selection of pet food, beds and toys with good prices. Liz at the register is super friendly and welcomes you when you enter the store. Shop on line with their app for pick up ready in 3 hours or less. Rewards program available. Watch for great deals on the app, like buy one get second for 50% off. Or just really good sale prices on items. Big airy store with high ceilings, wide isles and seems clean and safe. Highly recommended.

This store is huge! We go here because they have the prescription diet that our veterinarian prescribed for our cat. Employees are friendly and helpful. One complaint is that the prices on the website don't always reflect the price in the store. Luckily the cashier was patient enough to match the prices.

This PetSmart is my go-to pet store! Staff always greet me when I walk in and I come often and they ALWAYS say hello. I appreciate it — it’s small but it makes me feel welcome.

Their selection of cat treats, food, and litter/cleaning supplies is huge. Prices are competitive too, and they do price matching.

What sets this PetSmart apart is the staff come up to help you make product selection & help you find good deals. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best value for your money. Also, really cute seeing the dog training sessions. Highly recommended! 🐾🐱

This is my main pet supply store - plus the groomers at the salon are wonderful, they always remember my pup & take great care of him!
I often seem to find great/cute toys & clothes here, often on sale. Staff is great!
PetSmart has expanded the high-end food carried, so I can get the food & treats I need, and I like being able to order online for store pickup - which they make REALLY fast & easy!

Very friendly staff and Jessica in the salon is outstanding. My Aussie always comes out looking fabulous.

Eric is great with our dog, Béjart. He seems to really care and take initiative about what grooming needs the dog has. Highly recommended Eric. Prices are a little high unfortunately.

Ugh... nothing exciting... outdated store...few deals and or clearance items ...LOVE THE EMPLOYEES/ THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THIS LOCATION! SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPECTFUL! Maybe that's why I keep coming up!

Fish are amazing. This store is the best ever. If you want badass fish........this is the place to go!!!!! Plus the staff are super friendly 💫🐷🐽🐨🐭🐭🐻🐽🐯

It'sa nice big place to shop

I live in Cupertino and went to the wrong PetSmart. It was a long drive. The store was great and I noticed that they had my Cat's favorite wet food Revel. Now I don't have to order from Amazon. It's the only food he will eat. Thank you PetSmart happy I went to this store. 😊

They are well stocked with the supplies that I need.
they match my prices if I see them cheaper somewhere else.
My dog is a Happy doggie so are my
cockatiel birds !!

Big store with lots of items nice wide aisles and clean empty aisles not cluttered had what I needed a specialty item that I search for on the internet and there was a link that led me to the store because it was in stock so that was great

Customer service is phenomenal!

They did not have what i was looking for, not a single submersible pump which I thought was odd but I dont kniw enough about aquariums to know if they are commonly used.
This location does have a drop dead gorgeous red head, who also has excellent customer service skills so that right there is an excellent reason to visit this location🙃

I buy my 40 lb. bags of kitty litter here. Extremely inexpensive. Don't know why. Won't ask because it might be a mislabeled price. 😊 Emily the cashier is very friendly, very engaging and very efficient. Employees like her make it a joy to shop in this store.

I was sad when the Petsmart closest to me closed but even when they were open, I had better luck finding the products I needed at the Campbell location. I really like the curbside pick-up and they’re pretty quick to bring my items out. The times that I needed help finding something, I didn’t have to look far for an associate to assist me and they’re always friendly and I like the little discussions we get into about my kitties. It gives me a nice impression that they care.

I hope this location sticks around. I have a Petco closer to me (and they were always my go to store for years) but now I almost always use Petsmart.

This location is super! I've never had a poor experience here. The only sad thing is that the corporation does not seem to value the Dog Trainers they get there, so they move on quickly. Too bad, the Trainer I got a couple years ago was PHENOMINAL! But of course they don't pay enough, which I feel is a GREAT disservice to our pets. 🙁
