VERY SATISFIED! Everyone at this location was very helpful, customer service was exceptional. They really paid attention to our needs and what works best with our situation. Maritza was superb! She is knowledgeable, honest and so very easy to speak with. She prioritized our customer service needs and made sure every step of the way that we were meeting the goals of our visit. She thought outside of the box and was creative with our service request. The teamwork was apparent as everyone helped each other at this location making all the customers feel welcomed and listened to.

Jan Gatona, was super helpful very knowledgeable. She was great from the moment we walked in until she walked us out. She had giving us the best experience we have ever had in that store!! She is the reason for the 5stars given..

Sales representative Z was very professional, jovial and courteous. Very patient in explaining the different choices and they offered. He also setup our watches and upgraded our plans as we requested and to our satisfaction.

The whole staff was friendly - but the one who made the experience outstanding was Guillermo! I had a great and smooth time switching from that dumpster fire that is T-Mobile. The prices were incredible, the service so far has been phenomenal and that visit really set the standard for customer service.

I’ve been a long time AT&T customer but I was looking to get a new plan with my fiancée. I had came into AT&T on Blossom Hill, right after having a bad experience over at Verizon on Black Friday. The Staff at AT&T made us feel much more at ease from the second we walked in. Alyssa I would like to personally thank for her service. She helped us out multiple time throughout the day getting lines added on to my plan and new phones getting set up. Alyssa made the experience painless and even offered personal touch. I’m glad I made the reason to stick with AT&T

Zee was my customer rep he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I have a iPhone 12 and wanted to upgrade. He listened to what I wanted, and I feel I got a great deal on my new iPhone 15! Zee is definitely an asset to AT&T! 😊

RUDY IS THE GUY TO SEE!!! My two sisters and mother all came in to become authorized users and to do phone upgrades. He was patient, informative, and let us know what deals were available to save some money. He was so sweet and listened to us sing songs and talk about random life things. He's the best. Such a good experience. We were greeted right away and put on the waitlist. Rudy helped us and had so much patience with the 3 upgrades we did. He was very personable, helpful and nice. A+++ rating! Thanks Rudy and team for a great experience!

This store has employees that should be termed lifesavers, awesome and amazing. We stepped in last minute to get help with a phone activation and Maritza took the challenge with a big smile and helped us through it within minutes even though it was the absolute end of the day and us being actually between them and the exit.

Great service and great cooperation. I reached at 8:30pm for a new sim in an emergency situation and Elyse was able to help me out quickly despite the closing hour and many customer in queue. Thank you so much Elyse and AT&T.

I got mugged in San Francisco on Sunday Night and the robber took my sim card out of my phone. Eventually i got my phone back from the cops and they recommended i go into my nearest location to get a new sim card. I walk in and immediately get greeted by Rudy, who then proceeds to introduce himself, ask me how my day was and lead me to a seat where he tended to my questions and needs. He was polite, respectful, attentive, empathetic, professional and very quick with his service. He had the nicest smile and welcoming demeanor. I appreciate his efforts in helping me out with this otherwise stressful situation! Please give Rudy the recognition he deserves. I used to work as the front end manager at a Walmart so believe me when i say i understand and APPRECIATE excellent customer service. Thank you, Rudy.

I spent an entire afternoon at this particular AT&T store getting my phone upgraded and setting it up among other questions pertaining to my cell phone plan. Manager: Nancy & Crew (Christian ,Khuang and others ) treated me like royalty and did an awesome job! Excellent customer service, Knowledgeable and competent team of Tech staff puts this location at the top my List to keep my cell phones working & looking great! Highly recommended.

Simply phenomenal customer service and somehow, Noe was a total rockstar and made us feel as though we were very important by taking precious time to walk us through some difficult processes. I have rarely had such a good experience at this type of store and I'm so grateful to have received five star customer service here.

I made an appointment at the store on Blossom Hill in San Jose. I had quite a list of things I needed help with today. I was very fortunate to be assigned Guillermo. He was patient and through with his explanations. I left the store NOT frustrated with my iPhone. Thank you!
