I received a notification that my 40% Off is about to expire. So I decided to stop to shop. I saw that they have the waterpik that I have been wanting to get. So I used my 40% coupon with that purchase. It was great deal. I also used my additions $4 extra bucks. There were only two people working in the front at the time so the cashier had to open the case for me. He asked that I wait for him where the case. He came opened the when he was free then rang me up.

Went in at Highland Park CVS that I always go to. Like the pharmacy and I also do a lot of my shopping there. I get so many things like shampoo, make-up, deodorant, laundry soap, toilet tissue and cleaning supplies. On June 12, 2023, I went in to get a few things and needed help with finding some. The store manager looked really busy but took the time to help me. I really appreciate the customers service at this store.

Usually the employees at CVS don’t go out of their way to help if their systems are down. I walked in and needed to print 4 pictures, I asked if their photo area was working they all said it was the day before the usual response, but I wasn’t and so of course I didn’t have the app on my phone they have no WiFi and so it was sooo much harder to download the app and get what I needed to get done. A amazing employee by the name Annette came to my help!! I can’t believe all she did to help me out and make sure I left with my 4 pictures printed and understood I had a baby that was getting impatient. Annette took the time to help me. Her customer service was epic!!!! We need more employees like her that don’t just give you the run around. She went up and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. For a new mommy and on a time crunch you can’t believe what great customer service can do! I love to see my hometown have these kind of employees!!!!!! Thank you so much Annette for all you help because out of the 2 more employees that I asked for help you were the only one that took that step forward to make sure you did all you could!

I received my Pfizer vaccine booster shot at this CVS. Their staff was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My appointment was easy to schedule and there was very little waiting after I reported to the pharmacy for my shot.

My cashier today was Yoseline. She was so friendly and let me know about a sale so I could buy/save accordingly! In general the staff here are just really warm and helpful. It’s a great spot for basic necessities.

This CVs is honestly the one of many CVs that has made me feel welcome.im in a wheelchair and I'm very close to being homeless.i stay with my partner about a couple blocks away.this one has the best of security guard I have ever came across.we have been staying in a mobile home for a couple of weeks now,like I said we are stuggling not quite homeless yet and let me tell you coming across a security guard like this.frim but fair,we don't give them the credit they deserve.like I said he is one of a kind,and I hope he stays here as long as we have to be here.thanks for reading my book,ha ha just kidding thanks Diana Cleveland
