Every time I come into this location I am greeted and asked if I need any help. Today was no exception. Immediately, I was helped by Rafael, who replaced a wiper on my car in a few seconds. That's service, pure and simple. Didn't know you guys did that!

We were a little disappointed with the phone service at the schamburg location. Then we called and got Eddie at the Elgin location and he was fantastic he's a keeper. Thank you for such great help Eddie. 😀

I came in after I couldn’t start my car, I jumped it and headed to another parts store to see if they could check my battery, they said it was too late in the day and too dark out and turned me away. I came in Oreillys and the guy at the counter said he could check my battery and also checked the alternator and starter. The battery was bad but he wasn’t sure if he could do it with the connections that my battery had but he tried and was able to switch my battery out with the new one. Will definitely shop there again!

I can't believe how good of an experience I just had add an auto parts store. The gentleman who helped me out twice today, named John, read me first thing this morning with hopeful confidence that he had the part in stock for my job. Not only was the part in stock but turns out much cheaper than the pricing I found on Amazon for the same part expecting it to be lower.
What I returned for the second time, I was excited to see him as though I saw an old friend and he helped me out despite having many people in the store this time I felt I received the same great service as I did when I was the only one here and from the looks of it everyone else did too.

I always have great help at O'Reilly's and it really makes my limited knowledge of car inner workings seem less daunting. They often come outside to help show me "how to "with any question.

I could not be more pleased with this place. The manager on duty and another employee went out of their way to help me with my car, even though it was raining out and turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. I will definitely shop here in the future.
