We went to Lowe's couple weeks ago after searching here and there for the carpet change and installation. We met a Wonderful man Cary Christiansen Flooring specialist. He listened to me first what we need and our budget and he helped us to find out the best carpet with best pad and on great price. He helped us to connect with the installation team for the fast process. And we got an appointment within a week. Today they changed our carpet on time and with great care, all because of Cary. He is such a kind man and 39 years of experience in flooring and we are extremely happy and satisfied with his an amazing service and help. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for Flooring services and Lowe's the best store must check and ask for Cary.

I had great customer sevice from Marcos and Alyssa today. I had an item rung up incorrect and Alyssa contacted Marcos who just helped me get this item come over to the register and double check the price. We look at each other and said " it was priced at $9 something" and Marcos walked all the way back to aisle 24 and grabbed the price tag and came all the back to the register to show Alyssa that it was indeed $9.92 and not $19.92. I gave Marcos and handshake and thanked him while he was on his way back to aisle 24. Alyssa made the transaction easy and funny as well. This Lowes by far has the best employees then any other Lowes I been to so far. Lifetime customer for sure.

Above and beyond! That's the customer care we received from Tracy (or maybe it was Stacy?) and Mary Beth when we brought our 6 year old granddaughter to her first kids workshop at Lowe's on 1-20-24. After learning that, due to the severe winter weather, the truck was unable to deliver the advertised kit for the workshop in time, our little grand cried. Tracy and Mary Beth were so very kind. They offered a substitution plus apron and tools, and pretty soon my little grand got over her disappointment. She built her project and couldn't have been happier. We now have a standing date to bring her to Lacamas Lowes every month for the kids workshop. Because of these outstanding employees, Lowes has many new customers for life - thank you!

They always have what I need. Staff is helpful. They make using a Veteran discount easier than the other home improvement store across the way.

We went there on Nov 15, 2023. I was on a knee scooter, but we found a ride on store scooter. An employee, a wonderful lady who was working at the service desk, asked if I wanted to keep my scooter there at the service desk. She held my scooter there so we didn't have to bring it back to the car. Thank you so much for being thoughtful!

Shawn in the appliance department was AWSOME!! He patiently took the time to help us find just the right refrigerator and when they didn't have that one in stocks he sent me to the Lowe's near us that did have it so we could get it delivered by Monday. What GREAT customer service!!

This is to thank Lowes and a particular employee, Thomas. We bought a Samsung refrigerator 3 weeks ago, and everything went perfectly incl. the delivery and installation, top notch professionals. Today, we went back to browse around for Christmas stuff, and happen to run into the same refrigerator (we thought) on display. We were curious if cheaper or more expensive now. Thomas came over, searched the sales record using our phone number and found our purchase price, which was $100 more. He wasn't sure about price matching period. He walked all the way to the other side of the store to find someone with better knowledge. Then, he walked all the way back and informed us that we qualified for the refund. Then, he patiently waited for another manager with authority, and made sure we got the refund. Totally unexpected and pleasant surprise; all because of Lowes and Thomas. Thank you, and please keep it up! You better believe our next appliance will be from Lowes.

I like the prices in the Garden Center better than HD or other hardwarestores. Also better parking, less congestion & better flow to get inside & walk the aisles.

Grant was very helpful and gave us fact based information to protect our home from freezing pipes. He is a true asset to our community.

I needed to re-roof my shed and hadn't done any roofing before. I waited while an employee named Virginia was helping another customer out. This customer was a bit demanding, but she handled it patiently. When it was my turn she took time to listen to all my questions (of which I had many) and we got everything squared away as to what I needed to buy. Definitely went the extra mile for me; five stars for taking so much time to help me out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rick in appliances was professional, friendly and helped me with the entire process. Washer and Dryer delivered today. The delivery guys were great. I have stairs they had no problem with them. Thank you so much 😊

You can buy appliances on time. Great place, they have people to help with questions you may have about something you want to buy.

First time here in the garden center off of 192nd by JCPENNEY'S. Glad I went, got pansies for fall...they told me have a big sale coming up, called clearing out for their winterstock. I just wanted another hanging basket, this one is for fall, winter. The lady in apt above me likes to take care of plants, she needs something to do. So she is my plant maintenance gal
So, Lowe's is my new hangout for gardening needs. Not giving up on my other sites, but doesn't hurt to shop around.

Friendly workers and easy financing when it comes to buying appliances has been the best place to go to

It's a great place to walk around and not be bothered (unless you actually want help with something and didn't buy yourself a nice little "me time" coffee to walk around aimlessly to look at plants and outdoor furniture you'll never buy). Highly recommend as a daytime outing. Pro tip: bring your toddlers around Halloween time to look at the Halloween decor. Boom. Free festive outing. The gift of Lowe's just keeps on giving.
