So I gotta say if i was this cashier Brianna I would’ve been super annoyed with myself lol but Brianna had superior OUTSTANDING customer service!!! she went all out her way for me and I was doing the most being so indecisive but she definitely deserves recognition!!! There’s not a lot of young people with her attitude hats off to her you have a successful future ahead of you!! By the way it was 8:00 a.m

Found my shoes for a excellent price. Body wash is cheaper than Wal-Mart

Went there with one of my friends and he really loved the clothes because he's a smaller guy and they had plenty of inventory that was stylish for him. I'm a bigger guy and I was able to find work pants and a shorts set and was satisfied as well. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the line was at least eight persons long and they were only two cashiers but like so many other places they are short staffed and doing the best that they can I guess. I will definitely come back and may even get their card

Store was clean, bright, and spacious. Happened upon a beautiful curtain design, and bought 5 sets at a perfectly affordable price. Even bought some fancy curtain rods at a big savings.

Burlington is typically one of the best spots to find deals. There weren’t any nice sneakers when I went in recently. But they had lots of other nice items stocked.

Appreciate this place more than you know, but having employees work aftrer 9 is a bit much. Everything closes 10 pm the latest and although we love Burlington we have humanity first and the 11.30 pm opening seems a bit too much. God bless the employees.

Even though their lines are long, I can most of the time find the right merchandise I am looking for. I am well pleased. The person they had that stood in front of the store, was pleasant, and kind enough to take my merchandise out to the car after I pulled up to the door. Good customer service and kindness goes a long way and will keep me coming back. Great job Burlington

I love this store. They have more in stock and really good pricing. You can't go wrong at Burlington. Come check it out for yourself. Everything for Everyone. Young to the elderly. They cater to All. I bought almost everything I needed for Christmas presents. Everything is well priced and organized. The home decor section is GREAT! I'm into modern farmhouse style decor and the wall art is beautiful. Checkout was quick and easy. This is last minute shopping for me and it was not a long wait at all. I was in line for about 5 minutes. Security and hand sanitizer were at the door when I walked in.

I enjoyed shopping at this shop. I frequented the place several times each time I wanted clothes n shoes. The organization staff helpful and always welcoming. A wonderful experience I had.

The Workers know me as there Excellent Loyalty Customer because I'm here about 3 times a week. I even have Customers sign up for the loyalty Program and tell them where to find things and I don't work here.

This was the first time I had been in this Burlington. Let me tell you that it is the cleanest, most organized Burlington I have ever been in. The employees were friendly and very helpful. Next time I am in the Hampton VA area I will definitely be stopping by again.

I love it here. The manager was so nice and even held my item until I returned the next day. I definitely recommend shopping here they have a huge selection of everything.
