Staff were very kind, attentive, and courteous of personal space. They did accommodate as best as they could with finding alternative sizes. They also provided a list of other locations for items that were not in stock at Pasadena.

One of my favorite places to get formal (or semi-formal) footwear is at Banana Republic. I always seem to have really good luck here! Their shoes are very comfortable and stylish as well. My last pair of shoes from here were suede, and have held up better than could have ever been expected!

Came in for an emergency pair of pants. Angelica was so accommodating and warm! Got me exactly what I needed and got me out. Thank you!

Called them for a navy blue khaki. They had two different styles that fit. They held it at the front desk and 30 minutes later I had tried them and chosen one I liked. I have to say the service was top notch and it was 40 percent off . Excellent sales people!

We have been BR clients for a long time. Indeed, they have changed a lot lately, but we still visit every now and then.

I walked in the store and within minutes was greeted by Angelica! This LOVELY LADY was professional, kind, patient and a problem solver.

I ordered a dress online but when I recieved it there was a hanger stain per Angelica on the front of the dress. She gave me some suggestions, even refunded a portion of the order since the price had decreased.

Then as I looked around at various pairs of slacks, she advised me that some black slacks were on sale for $11 😁 which I bought and two others.

Angelica was wonderful and I'll go back to this location only to work with Angelica she was an Angel 😇.

Todd helped us at Fashion Valley in San Diego. I've never left a store wanting to leave a review before but he was more than helpful. We had 2 hours before a wedding and realized my husband's clothes were 7 hours away, at home. Todd not only found perfect pants and tie, but also had them pressed, and we were out the door in minutes. We had been so stressed and he had this huge smile that instantly relaxed us both. Super experience, fantastic assistance. Great wedding!

An upscale store, store associates are very friendly and eager to help find what we are looking for. It gives it a boutique kind of style. I look forward to shopping there soon.
