Harbor Freight Tools

We went in during ice storm 2024, and they were the best. Cashier-great. Dude who was in the warehouse to grab our heavy items and helped us load them in the car- excellent. Manager dude who helped us figure out what we needed- AMAZING. Sometimes I think customer service is dead, and this place is proving me wrong.

I will always shop here first before anyplace else because if they have what I'm looking for it's always less money. The staff there are always friendly and willing to help find something or load the truck. Been shopping at this location for over 3 years and have had a good experience every time.

The store is normally clean and organized. However, this review is for a salesperson that helped me on 9/6/23 who really went above and beyond. I had a bunch of questions that she was happy to help with patiently and went out of her way to help through the entire transaction. I have had several great experiences over the years but she went out of her way to make sure I was happy and honored a rain check on a foldable trailer. I think her name started with a "D" but the receipt had Salesperson #326709. Thank you!

I love tools and this place is the mecca of cheap tools! I shop here all the time because they have great coupon deals and great every day deals on pretty much everything you could need. I use their tools to make a living and even though my Snap on tools rarely ever break or wear out i never feel bad about breaking the tools i get here because they cost a fraction of what my other tools cost.

It was my first time to shop at this place and I was impressed by the availability of tools, equipment etc at reasonable prices. And customer service is exceptional!

If you want an inexpensive tool, this is your place. Check out their weekly ad for that one item everyone needs.

Always have what I'm looking for and much like a Dollar store I usually walk out with something extra I hadn't intended on buying. But I will find a use for it I'm sure.. 😉Also 9 times out of 10 the item I need is usually discounted through the many sales and discount coupons they provide. Love this store!

I needed quarters for the hotel
Laundry next door. Of course, @qualityinngresham did not have any for their washing machines. Who carries change anymore? Now I have an excellent flashlight for 1.79 and quarters! My grandson's baseball uniform will be clean for his next game. Great customer service!

Every time I've gone in here I've found exactly what I was looking for, for a great price and they often have coupons in weekly mailers. I was very happy to find wheel chocks. I had no idea what they were called but I described them to the clerk and he walked me over to them- great staff!

Clean, organized and well stocked. The store is a little light on paint supplies but I expect this as it is summertime. I only needed a few items. Great prices for the one off and disposable painting consumables.

Great customer service by a friendly bunch or employees. Led me right to what I wanted and got me out the door super fast.

I came in For some furniture dollies. They were much more expensive than the last time I bought them. They had them in stock and the staff was helpful, the lady at the cash register was almost too helpful, almost demanding and intrusive. She kept asking me a question I didn't have an answer to so to get her to stop, I made up an answer.

The toosl don't seem to be as good of a quality as other places. I have put full trust in them before and had them break earlier than expected, and I'm NOT a heavy user.

I feel like I can recommend this place, but would be inclined to buy heavy use tools somewhere else.

Great place to shop for tools that won't break the bank. Friendly staff that make it easy to find and purchase what is needed. There is a 30 dollar charge to get the benefit of discounts, but you will save much more then that with the discounts so totally worth it!

Friendly staff. Very helpful and even waited for me as I ran out to my car to grab my wallet. Great selection and great prices.

I have never enjoyed spending every penny I have so much... Per usual, you gotta know what not to buy from HF if you don't want to be disappointed. I stay with buying their disposable tools, ie: grinding wheels, files, sandpaper, rotary tool bits, drill bits that I know will break anyways, electrical hardware and buffing supplies. They have other great stuff, you just gotta avoid the things they're still working on perfecting. If you look in to WHY their stuff is so cheap, it makes a ton of sense.

I just love this store. Love finding all the good deals and cool little gadgets they sell. Company Is getting alot better with nicer stuff now. Lights bars are awesome here. 3000 watt power inverter is awesome from here and they have a no Hassel return policy. Definitely worth being am inside track member. Always some extra savings on top of already awesome prices. If your on a budget or your just love their new icon line of tools this is the place to go to get the job done. I bought their 12 ton press to do my u joints in my front axle and that manual machine did the job so perfectly no problems. I bought everything I needed to do my trucks front hubs and brake system and didn't break one tool from harbor freight. Every tool did it job so I was able to get the job done! A+A+A+
