Last Saturday I received the most exceptional customer service ever. I took my phone problems to this Cricket store where Danny/Damien (sorry not sure spelling) and a staff member went above and beyond to help me in my time of cellular crisis. The transaction included dealing with my prior cell service which took more patience than I had. This Cricket location employees were beyond patient and professional in getting to the root of the problem making for the smoothest possible transition.

Dawn was extremely helpful, kind, courteous with everything going on in the world today people are so rude everywhere. It was very refreshing to have someone as pleasant as Dawn and she was the only one working in the store. I had to wait my turn but it was worth it.

They are the best. It's not just one person It's the whole team. In addition (Don) speaks Spanish.I was with another carrier. The plan I signed for promised unlimited.re During the month I apparently ran out of data. I was told that's it. You ran out off data. Cricket all the way. One of the Sweet thing is- all customers are equally treated. Thanks Cricket. What's the name of the Cricket green paint? God bless y'all.

Don is always very helpful and knowledgeable every time I go into the store. He helped me merge my accounts together for ease of management, and I even saw him exercising his limited Spanish skills in order to help a non-English speaking patron with a new phone.

What a delight to work with Veronica! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, courteous, and able to multi-task (she was single-handily serving 4 customers!) while making us all feel her complete attention.
Actually had just sold the last phone we were looking for earlier today, but not to worry she contacted the St Mathews store and got 2 for us!Should have her own franchise store. Deserves 10 stars so here's another *****.

Luis was such a big help. My phone and car broke in the same day so after fixing my car I didnt have much money left over for a phone but he still found a way to make sure I left with something decent! Thank you Luis for making my bad day a little better.
