Kroger

I usually don’t shop at this Kroger but it was close so I stopped by. Denise working self-checkout was amazing! I was having trouble with the uscan and forgot some items. Denise was very friendly, remarkably kind, and extremely knowledgeable!

This location is doing much better than many with stock and cleanliness right now. That said, I came here to brag about Christopher in the deli. What a phenomenal attitude. He was welcoming, joked with me and asked about my day in a genuine way. He ensured the pricing was right and that I was happy with my selections. This is what I would expect from any customer service employee but let’s be real, that’s not the reality anymore. It really made my day and improved my shopping experience to have his genuine smile and positive attitude.

Always a great shopping experience - for the management only; Boarshead ColdCuts should be layered, and pepperoni should be casing free when slicing. That is all. Great store!

Thank you for letting me in to grab arugula for my bearded dragon! She needed some and I forgot I ran out of her old container of it this morning. I just got off of work myself and raced over to grab it. Meijer seems to hardly ever have it unfortunately so that’s why I wanted to catch Kroger before it closed. Autumn and I are very grateful 🥹 ♥

Couldn't find a price on an outside plant brought it inside and 2 beautiful ladies, Alexandra and Janeen graciously helped me, not often do you get customer service willing to help with a smile. I love the plant, thank you ladies! Thanks Westport Road Kroger

First Time AND loved the service and selections. Kentucky and Kroger= fabulous

I go to this location fairly often and they are usually stocked with most of the things I want. Their customer service sometimes closes earlier due to employee shortages. Other than that it is a pretty friendly place.

I am very pleased. Some grapes were on a table, marked at $.89! I grabbed a bag, of course. At checkout, the bag rang up at $3.49. I was dumbfounded, and asked them to check the price. They ran back to check, saw that the grapes were marked as I said, and prepared to give me the grapes at the advertised price. By this time, the 3 kids were driving me crazy, and I just wanted to be done. I told him to forget the grapes, because I was ready to leave. He put them in the bag, and handed them over. I was shocked! I've never experienced that before! I highly recommend this store!

The self check out went well for me today. The employee who is in control of the self-checkout on the end by the pharmacy was very helpful and put a smile on me and my kids face. I can say I will come back to shop all the time

I love Kroger their cheap and everything I need plus more!! :) On top of their cheap prices their app helps me save even MORE money! :)

This Kroger the people are there are very nice too, they have good coupons great deals special deals and you receive double gas points on Friday , Saturday and Sunday. One more thing the pharmacy Department are very cheerful and respectfully people.

I am telling EVERYONE this Kroger impressed us in every way today. We have gone to other locations in this area, even shelbyville, but THIS Kroger was just filled with employees who went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. In every department, it was a mannerly event. Phrases like, I'll be with you in moment ma'am, or how is your day? It is the a smile, manners, concern, these are things that today....cause people to either want to do business with you...or not. As for this Kroger....
It will be our go to for groceries and more... finding everything I wanted and couldn't find at other locations....so it's just a done deal! Well Done to the management and employees of This Store.

I entered the main entrance and the restrooms are...BAM...right there. Very convenient. From the staff to the people shopping there, everyone was SO nice....felt like I entered Mayberry. Clean facility. Items are easy to locate. Great location.

My neighborhood store. Always busy yet never feels overcrowded. Helpful staff are always friendly. Parking lot is a bit too crammed but not much can really be done about that in it's location.

I love the new scan and go system. I can bag it myself in my own bags the way I like. Checkout is a breeze. Try it. You'll love it too

Always great place to shop. Workers are very friendly and helpful. Savings are great an always way above par. Saved 22.55 which I might add was more than half off my order.

Great service! Floor walker got me straight to floral section, and was assisted for pricing. In and out w quickly, as well. Alway easy to shop!

Clean. Has a little bit of everything at decent reasonable prices. The deals are great if you're a plus member

It is smaller than the one on Brownsboro Road. I live this store because everyone is friendly and helpful. It does not have Butcher Shop or a fresh fish section. However on the meat, I am sure they would cut or slice a large portion of meat to your specifications. It does have a deli and bakery.

I enjoy shopping at this Kroger. Clean and well stocked store. All the employees I have met were extremely helpful and nice. Not much waiting in line.
