The Home Depot

This is one of the places that I have been going in and out of for the better part of a month. Is that the Home Depot's fault? No, I am always forgetting one thing or another, or find some clever thing that somehow has become the most important part of my life. At the moment I'm screwing around with plumbing. My house has very screwy Plumbing. I've worked with two Associates in the last 3 weeks that are Sharp and know their stuff. They were helpful to the point that they could because these poor people are trying to figure out what I'm asking for or what the hell I'm talking about. They smile rephrase what I'm asking for so they have some idea and then they take me to it and offer a couple of other things to think about. That's pretty damn good customer service and not what you would expect especially at the Home Depot who has gone where no man has gone before looking for associates that can walk and talk and not fall down. It is serious, good help is hard to find. The other thing I appreciate at this Home Depot is the amount of product that they stock and show. I've been in other Home Depots and they don't seem to have quite the large selection this place grows. The gardening section is still setting up and the plants look frightful but if you look through them you can find some winners. So far I've not been in when it's been crazy busy, which is something else I appreciate. If you haven't I'd suggest popping in at this particular Home Depot and see if you don't notice a difference also.

I have never considered writing a review for a store like this but I’m my husband and frequent this location and recently had to get a new fridge. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Arlene in the appliance department. She was an absolute treasure and we very much appreciate the work she put into helping us with this fridge and making sure it was wrapped properly for us. She was an absolute gem and by far the best experience with we had with purchasing things at Home Depot. Thank you for your kindness Arlene! I hope you are valued at Home Depot!

Huge store with enough product to make your head spin and give you vertigo. I could spend many hours here.
I wish I had a huge Hope Depot like this where I live so that I'd have to order less online and wait for weeks to see that I ordered the wrong product.

Very nice store, and they conveniently have in the front entrance a online order pickup Locker. They also have an area right in the entrance where you can recycle batteries light bulbs and plastic bags (ie. Amazon bubble white/blue packaging) separately.

Employees were fantastic I was asked about 7 times in 20 mins if I needed any assistance or help finding anything. The store was absolutely amazing everything was on the right peg nothing on the floor. Great location to get your home improvement supplies.

Who doesn't like the home Depot!! Amazing items at amazing prices and wonderful customer service. And the really cool thing is you get to bring your pets 2

I definitely prefer Home Depot over Lowe's even though Lowe's is closer, Home Depot just has better name brand products on hand. And usually for a better price

Update: we purchased this washer and dryer set this weekend and the whole experience went well and was fairly quick. The young man helping us was very responsive as to getting the washer we wanted down off the tall shelving. They helped us load it, and we were off to the Races.

The staff is like a squad of DIY superheroes, ready to rescue you from plumbing predicaments and lumber labyrinths. If turning your home into a masterpiece feels daunting, fear not – Home Depot is here to turn your "I have no idea what I'm doing" into a symphony of power saws and paint rollers.

I was having trouble getting my online order!
I called the store and a young lady (young lady)helps me, you don't have and see that really often anymore, take her time to help me order my stuff, really honest and knowledgeable lady Emma attention paint department. Thanks so much for get it done, wen I went to pick up my order I se her helping oder people and I was amazed by her customer service skills 👏 I wish you the best Emma and thanks for your time and help, I would definitely come back to this store.

I always find the things that I want and need here when it comes to home improvement and gardening. This is one of my favorite shopping destinations!

Purchased just 2 items, bill was $11.15. I gave cashier Kahlea a twenty and she gave me 15 cents of her own money to make even change. Such a nice deed to give a senior citizen!

Had to return some toxic bug spray that I bought for my garden. The sales associate who did my return gladly helped me find the right stuff to help me keep my garden organic. Also found some beautiful flowers at a great price.

Always find what I look for however this year I was interested in something else.
I searched online saw the fireplace heater. Yet I didn’t find one. Are they it or do we need to special order them.

Anyhow the customer service is excellent.
Restroom are clean, plenty of hand soap.
Parking lot is clean always enough space even on busy days. Super helpful.

I don't know the Associates name but she cuts wood.She was incredible and everything worked out perfect thanks to her. She didn't rush me and she made sure I was charged the right amount.She even got me cart. I think her name might of been Anna in case she gets recognized and I hope she does because she made me want to come back for my other hardware needs.

Over the summer of 2022, I need some large beams for a project. Having visited two other Home Depots (Clackamas and Mall 205) who's online inventory showed having product only to find they didn't, decided to drive to this store as my last chance. I was frustrated and unhappy since I had wasted time and gas driving around. When I arrived, this store had only one of what I was looking for instead of what the inventory said. As I was about to leave, this nice young man stopped and asked me if I found what I was looking for. Turns out he was the asst manager and told me they should have that product on hand. He went out back to the lumber yard and found a whole pallet - the best part was it was a contractor bulk buy return so the beams I needed were 25% off. I am grateful this asst manager took the time to see I needed help, stepped in, and made things right. Great work and thanks for the customer service even while navigating staffing and supply chain issues. Will definitely go back.

Excellent place to get good tools deals. I would like more things like bonsai trees or tools.

The staff is always helpful, a wide variety of options, my kids clearly love us spending their college fund here. Definitely busy on the weekend!

My number one favorite home improvement big box store. One of the cleaner HD in around my areas. Great selection of Milwaukee tools, lumber, and gardening supplies. Awesome staff and great prices
