Holiday

I've been stopping at this particular Holiday for years because it's on my way to & from work. Over the last 2-3 months I've noticed a huge overall improvement in the store- it's cleaner, the prepared food is always hot, and the employees are super friendly. The guy who works early in the morning even has my daily 5 Hour Energy ready for me when I step up to the counter- definitely a nice touch! I used to stop here out of convenience, now I stop here out of loyalty because I feel appreciated as a customer. I don't write many reviews but wanted to recognize a job well done at this store.

Recently I have seen huge improvement in this store! I have made visiting this gas station a part of my routine. It is super clean and I have come to enjoy their workers! A few that I have come to know are Brayden, Jaylee, and Sharla! They have made my experience fun and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend this Holiday to everyone!

I've went to this location for months! Rob and Jaylee has been amazing! I drive past a couple gas stations just to go here even another Holiday! Everything I've bought has been on point. Customer service 5 stars. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I stop here 3 times a day. The staff is always friendly. They always have everything I need. Jaylee is awsome!

Big "thank you" to Robert at the Draper, Utah Holiday Oil #7. Got a car wash code at a station in Orem that didn't actually have a car wash and was told my code could be used at any station, but that was not the case. He honored my purchase and gave me a code for his station. Great customer service!

This place is hit and miss. It's been alright many time but I've gone in there more than once and walked out. I walked out because there were several people in line, 1 cashier, but 3 total employees behind the counter. I prefer a "customer first" attitude and it looks like this location was an "operations first" location.

One of the worst companies to work for. In the 2 & a half years of working there I was under paid, under appreciated. I would never recommend working at this company. They treat their employees very poorly! This new manager came in with a biased opinion about me & his employees, he's very young, his prefrontal cortex hasn't even been fully developed. Not only is it against the law to have a biased opinion on your employees it's against company policy but you know we're all about treating our employees right aren't we

Mitra the cashier is very rude and not personable. She is very disrespectful and probably should not work there. I will never go back there because of her. All my friends I was with will never go back there either because of her. Very poor choice of employee to represent your company.

Response to Holiday:
Ummm no I do not want contact or my name known. Mitra should remember the altercation and the video will show it. I have now talked to a bunch of people and have all expressed how rude she is. Maybe she will remember the complaint about the mold in the pebble ice area of the freezer. That is disgusting. Maybe you should investigate the mold at that store.

I swear that customer service has gone downhill, but Robert takes poor customer service to another level! Every time I visit this location, he is always on his phone, angry that customers are there, or making out with what I can only presume is his girlfriend, who incidentally leaves tacky hickey marks. Exactly what is he being paid for? Step up your game, customers are paying your wages.

Poor hot food options. They used to carry Big AZ items that I enjoyed but started offering Granato stuff which is overpriced and not nearly as good. Hope they get back to Big AZ or ANYTHING better than Granato's.

Water for the squeegee by the pump smelled like raw sewage. No soap in the carwash (which is $2 more than any other Chevron). When I came to ask for a refund, nobody minding the till. I asked for service once and got no response. I said more forcefully that I wanted service. Then I yelled that I would "like some service here". The person who stated that he was the owner told me to get out, because I couldn't talk like that in his store (might have used the f word). I said that his carwash was out of soap and I wanted a refund first. He threatened to call the police. I finally got my refund. I can't see how someone can threaten to call the police over someone shouting that they would like some service and calmly asking for a refund.

I went into the store over the weekend and got very poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. Just go up the street to the 7-11.

I would just like to know who actually runs this store.. cashier Kayla diffused to break my 100 dollar bill or give corporate number!!! Told us she was the boss and started taking pictures of my car for no reason!!!! She needs to be fired she was very very rude!!!!would never ever romcoomend this gas station or go back while she is working!!!
