Ross Dress for Less

I love Ross. This store is in a rough neighborhood. One might think the employees wouldn't be as friendly as they are, to everyone. It's surprising.

Anyway This is one of my favorite Ross's to shop at.

Ross is my absolute favorite store! I really don't like to go anywhere else for anything except groceries Ross will always be number one in my book.

Very nice and professional staff and the store is very clean and organize and I appreciate how nice that people aren’t helpful five stars from me!!!!!

People are nice there, very professional. The only thing I don't like is standing in line to enter the store, sometimes is even longer than 10 minutes. Maybe they do to prevent loses but anyway I don't like lines ,coming from a country where we're standing in line almost our whole life,since we were born ,in order to get what we need, several cases even didn't get anything. Really I have a real trauma about standing in lines. Anyway maybe is just my case so that's the reason I give 5 ⭐. Also I love the low prices they have in everything.

I love Ross but after my visit today I think I love it more I was very pleased to see an actual suited up security guard on duty not just for the customers but also for the employees those poor girls work so hard and the area is a bit rough. I feel safer shopping there.

It's super close to home which is nice. The staff are always really friendly. I just hate that the loss prevention always acts like your going to steal if you have a big purse. All in all though wonderful store and mostly friendly employees.

I LOVE Ross! Sometimes you go there and it is AWESOME!!! However, sometimes, between restocking items, they are without much to see or buy. I usually call ahead and ask about the current condition of the Stock. When they have recently received stock, they have almost too much stuff to choose from. The prices are VERY REASONABLE!! I got a pair of Sloggers for $16.99. They sell on line for $59-$69 Dollars. Gotta LOVE the prices.

the service was fantastic. An employee was able to help me take my bigger household items upfront for me and informed the cashier of my intent to purchase. When I got through the long line my girlfriend say love. Most of my tops come from Ross. Household items also. I don't worry about the service which is usually good in Bel Air, MD. I shop at Ross regularly for clothes since I find cute tops. Get there when new seasonal clothes come in as the cute stuff goes quickly.

The changing room lady was very helpful and friendly. Made our shopping experience much more enjoyable. Found some great deals and were in and out in no time. Love Ross.

I was looking for pasta bowls for awhile now and I finally found them at Ross. Love them and they only cost $4.99 for two of them I bought 6 what a great deal.

It's one of the best store for now...price is good..(better then Goodwill).I found clothes for all my family and everything for house.Want to say Thank you for everyone team for friendly and easy to shopping. Blessed everyone

The cashiers have great consumer service ethics as they helped me even though there computers were down. I really needed ties for court and was not able to come in morning to pick them up, was also deathly ill and not really being able to shop more didn't have any other options. They helped me get the ties I needed and were very welcoming to help with what they could. Gotta say though that there loss prevention were not polite or helpful and in fact tried to prevent me getting help. I'm my opinion they need training and should be reprimanded for there uncomfortable presence they were imposing on me. A+ customer service manager and clerks. D minus for loss prevention in there lack job training

They have a decent selection of cloths, recently I've gotten 2 pairs of jeans from them and I wear them all the time! The employees are all supper nice and helpful (at least the people I've run into) and the video you get when you walk in is always nice

Not always the cleanest store but great selections. You never know what you may find! Also, usually only one person at the cash register doing purchases and returns and it takes WAY too long to check out.

My favorite store for clothes pet supplies jewelry Electronics a little bit of everything. One drawback is if you make a return you only get store credit. I lost a $50 return slip so my suggestion is spend it then or keep it safe.

I just like the store I can usually find things like Calendar Books for just a few bucks all different Styles

Swing in for budget saving prices on contemporary and older clothes. Always something for everyone.

I just love Ross....I ALWAYS find what I'm looking for and then some. And the prices? Great! And there are so many choices! With prices comparable to Goodwill, I'm able to buy NEW clothes instead of USED...😊

I personally live ross, it's funny that most of my stuff that people like or asked where I got it from came from Ross, and they usually always have a good cologne/fragrance there for me

Always friendly service, and this location is kept so much cleaner and more organized than the other east side location. My family and I notice and appreciate you all.
