AT&T Store

As soon as i walked in i was helped right away and everything was thorough yet quick. I was given a great deal saving me money while giving me the most up to date tech. I have been going there for a very long time and i won't go anywhere else.

I went in a few days ago having issues with my SIM card and the two men in there were so helpful i was very frustrated going in but they helped so much. I then went in the day after christmas it was busy but I was in and out the same gentleman helped me and my mom and he was great! Great customer service in this location!

After buying a new iPhone online—I still needed these professionals to sort things out and get me rolling. This was my go to ATT location in the past…will never make the mistake of doing the online thing again.

Brian went above and beyond. I had spoken with him earlier by phone and he was helpful in outlining my options. I decided that heading to the store was the best course. He was professional and informed about all of the products and clearly outlined the differences. He was very personable and patient with our questions, even staying past closing time in order to complete our order.

Very attentive willing to answer my questions and seek to resolve them. I was able to notice that he has a great passion for customer service, something not very usual today. Manager is always available and gives good support to the team

Ryan was terrific! He took care of all of our phone needs with pleasure. When he was working by himself he did a great job of managing expectations with us and another customer without making one feel they are not being helped.

I have always gone to the Westfield AT&T store and have always had a great experience. This time was no exception. my wait time was minimal and Jamal helped me with what I needed. He was friendly and efficient. Grateful for his help. Always better to deal with a human face-to-face than over the phone.

Philip is absolutely AMAZING! His patience and knowledge is top tier. My mother and I were in the store for literally hours upgrading her phone (her old phone’s fault not his lol) and he never got fed up or frustrated. He did it all with a genuine smile, a true professional. We laughed we talked and we got upgraded! I would suggest going to the Westfield location is you’re in the area and ask for Philip, customer service A1.

I had the absolute best experience in the store today. Zack made it super easy to get the phones I needed for gifts, made sure I was getting the very best price, found an extra discount on our plan AND let me know exactly how to manage our upcoming international trip. After going to SEVERAL other AT&T stores, the Westfield location is the only place I'll go in the future!

Ryan L was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with an atypical phone upgrade. After reviewing all my questions and options, he assisted in helping me come to a decision (he quickly had an answer for every one of my questions) Within minutes a new phone was purchased, and all told the whole experience was less than 20 minutes! We went into the store completely ready to be done with AT&T after 20 plus years. Ryan single-handedly took care of us immediately, found us a deal that saved our family over a hundred dollars a month, and kept us as customers. Do not sleep on this location. They will take care of you quickly, friendly, and completely.

Zachary at the AT&T store was very resourceful. He helped me out with all my issues. In the past it always has been like pulling teeth and nails out setting up my new phone but my experience with Zachary was the opposite . He was extremely knowledgeable and had me in and out with in 20 min . Zachary solved my issues and was very pleasant to interact with .

Brian Completo, an AT&T associate, who helped me at the Westfield AT&T store was a courteous, friendly, and helpful professional. Please give him a pay increase because he went above and beyond in assisting me transition and upgrade to a new Samsung phone. Grateful for his help.

I had a great experience at AT&T in Westfield. Zac was very patient with me and help me upgrade my phone and took care of everything expeditiously. I would recommend this branch of AT&T to anyone.

Zach had a hard time but handled 6 customers all by himself. He had to juggle back and forth to keep us all happy. You need to get him so more help!😃
