The store manager Ed is awesome. He is professional, detailed, and helpful. I came it to upgrade my iPhone and he made it super easy. I would highly recommend Ed and this store.

Sage was the most respectful, patient, and kind employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They troubleshooted all of my issues and were very understanding and extremely helpful when setting up my new device. I would highly recommend this store and this star employee.

Sage and all customer assistance was the best I have ever received at any wireless phone company over the last 15 years. Sage even assisted with a glitch on my new iPhone after I called and she fixed it immediately. I will only use this Verizon location from now on.

Ed G is great to work with. Very easy, he explained everything and did the hardest parts of set up. He handled my wife’s phone before this and the experience was great both times.

Great experience at this Verizon Store!! Ed & Sage both went well above & beyond in assisting our family upgrade to newer models and transfer all data!! They even installed the screen protectors and cases on each device. White glove service from start to finish!! Highly recommend this location & would not go anywhere else!!!!

Ed the manager is amazing! Went in for a new phone today and picked one out, traded it in and he found all the best deals for me. I love that he could transfer and duplicate my old phone. Walked back in 40 minutes later to pick new phone up. Sooooo much more helpful than the corporate owned stores.
