They really know their stuff. No hype, just people who are passionate and knowledgeable about wine. Always excellent value and good quality. Not sure how they can stay in business with such competitive prices, but they're sure to keep mine.

This store has a great selection and the best prices around. The staff has always been very helpful and not a bit condescending to me (pretty much a novice). I don't often get to the tastings, but that's always fun, and they sample about 10 wines, so you can try a good cross-section.

Been a customer for 20+ years - still best prices and selection around. Very knowledgeable and easily approachable staff - great customer service. Not the largest store or selection around, but the BEST selection of wines to choose from. My time is not wasted walking thru aisles filled with PLONK!! Nuff said.

Knowledgeable staff. Asked about Finger Lakes wines and they could show me the ones they had and talk about them. A good place to find wines. They even send you the tasting notes of the wines you've purchased. If you like wine, try them.

They have so much wine! Great selection and great prices. Staff is very helpful if you are a bit of a novice. I prefer this store over Binny's wine selection

The place for wine. We just bought a case for gift giving and a Cinsault for ourselves for Christmas dinner. The people are great, no pretense, helpful, plus informative signage.
