I am consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy at 4800 Baseline Rd. They go above and beyond to ensure that my prescription needs are met promptly and efficiently. The team's friendly demeanor and willingness to help create a positive experience every time I visit.

Great people. Most importantly Knowledgeable
Pharmacist. Will is diligent about making sure the medication prescribed is appropriate for Me. He detailed a well documented side effect I was experiencing, that the doctors at Denver general had no clue about with oral acyclovir. Because I mentioned the loss of mother control in passing. Will choose to look at all my meds called Me at home to come pick up a print out for my neurologist.

I always fill out the questionnaire at the end of my receipt because I feel the need to really stress how great of an employee Audrey is. She knows our whole family’s names, and I see her welcoming others by name as well all the time! She brings a really positive attitude every single time I see her there and goes out of her way to help others and myself.

I used Walgreen’s online photo printing and same-day pick up for a funeral. Their printing service was very fast AND the reason why I’m leaving this review is because the associate helping me gave me 25% off when she saw the prints and photos were for a funeral. Such kindness goes such a long way. Thank you!

I don’t leave reviews but I’m grateful for this pharmacy.. sounds weird to say but I’ve been dealing with some mental health stuff/covid fears and they were so awesome, so accommodating. Wish I could do more to show my gratitude for just genuine, good people. Thank u!

I moved to another town. After using this Walgreens for many years I found there really aren’t any others like it. So we now travel a couple of times a month to use this pharmacy. I’ve never had a problem with anyone. Much like everyone else, my appreciation to Will is beyond words.

I love this pharmacy! They provide such great customer service. Remember who you are (which considering the volume is amazing). Today, we had to take our daughter (who has high functioning autism) for her flu shot. Nathan, the pharmacist is a gem. He is so busy, but he took 15 minutes out of his schedule to calm the most anxious 9 year old ever! He got the job done too, which is exceptional considering last year we had to make multiple trips to our pediatrician to get the shot, because of panic attacks. Go Nathan!!!

I used this store’s photo printing service (via mobile app) for a gift. The photo came out great and Audrey was super communicative and helpful. I will definitely use this service again!

Yes, the pharmacy is closed weekends, so we have to plan. But we have had great service and communication with the pharmacy.

3 stars because the pharmacy hours are very inconvenient. Closed on Sundays, don't open until 9:00 AM Mon thru Sat, closed on holidays, etc.
I will say, however, that the pharmacy staff is helpful and efficient... when they're actually open. At least if you're there in person; calling can be a pain sitting on hold for half an hour.

the store itself is fine but the pharmacy really sucks. it’s closed all day saturday and sunday, and closes pretty early in the evening on weekdays, which is a pretty big deal for people who need a prescription filled ASAP. you can’t call them because a real person never answers the phone, it’s an automated message and when calling ahead to fill a prescription it never works :(

Just a regular old rite aid, but in the 5 minutes I was in here the employees managed to be rude enough that I felt the need to post this review. I know working retail can suck, but basic manners when talking to a customer isn’t too much to ask.
Update: went back in a few minutes later to get a few more things, there was a nice young man working the register this time: he was very polite.

This place reminds me of walking into my high school years... I worked at a drug store much like this doing photo finishing for that time of my life. Anyway - not much has changed in how they set up a store or do their marketing since that time. It is good to note that they have excellent sales after the holidays.
