In regard to online shopping and pick up - The site and app are straightforward to navigate. I rarely have substitutions, which leaves me feeling confident about getting what I want the first time. I like that I can easily compare prices on items and see what is on sale. There are always times available for pick up, usually the same day! The associates that meet with me at the pick-up spot are ALWAYS prompt and friendly. The produce and meat that was added to my order have always been fresh. In the end, I have saved time and money and received a great product(s)! Thank you!

Five stars for Jenny L! Service with a smile! Helped me find products I was having a hard time finding. I’m a doordash driver so every second I spend looking for items is crucial. I understand store employees are not supposed to be used as crutches but Jenny L went a step above and helped me look for two items I was having a hard time finding. Other employees at this location have been not so nice/helpful to me when I’ve asked similar questions but Jenny L made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much!

This Safeway is a common place I go welcome to Boulder Colorado Safeway on Baseline Parkway. The store is one of my favorites safe for you all the employees are extremely helpful! Especially JJ in the produce department! When I'm in need of GT's kombucha for my son he is always there to make sure we have enough kombucha. Even went out of his way to call another safe way to see if they have the flavor I needed. And I was able to get what I needed from another Safeway. JJ has extremely customer service skills! As well as a woman named Carter that works in the front at the self-checkout area. She has extremely amazing customer service skills as well. She's always busy and knows what she's doing you should make her the manager! Prices are good here there's always products that you need and want. As well as the pharmacy is one of the finest pharmacies around! They always go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need. Thank you so much and take care

I always get my energy drinks there and they are very cheap and i use the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and all of the pharmacists are super friendly and very helpful.

Some of the friendlier folk I get to see each week. The ladies and gentlemen who work there are truly special, R.I.P. Joann 😢😢😢

Safeway is changing the store items around so all of the stores will match, it is a real pain to get around, but maybe it's for the better. We will see.

The manager, George is a rockstar. I laugh with my friends about how anyone could love their job as much as a grocery store manager. So nice to me every time, pleasant, helpful courteous, with a beautiful smile.

I changed my review i appreciate the management yesterday for helping resolve my issue and the Starbucks guy for excellent customer service i want to sincerely apologize to all the employees for my actions and sharmaine because what i got from the situation was different and i now understand she wasn't trying to be racist she just wanted to help and thank you for that i no I said I would never return to this location but the store is really a good store and has great customer service as well I will recommend this store to anyone that visits Boulder

Been shopping here since 1977. Not always the best store in town, not always the best selection. But, always the best staffing, with the current staff, absolutely the best.
Dave, Jojo, Randy, Sue, Joann, Andrew, Steve (Meat), Bob, Mel, Rachel and I'm sure I forgot some, are great. They are empathetic & compassionate, understanding, helpful, outgoing and the best staff of any of the local stores. If it was not for these people, we would be doing all our shopping in the King Soopers in Louisville, Even though they are 8 miles away instead of 1.

Pretty typical grocery store. I almost always use self checkout, but the seldom interaction I've had with attendants has been pleasant.

They have an OK selection of organic stuff, but not great.

When they have sales, they are usually significant discounts. I recommend getting a Safeway card to take advantage of discounts.

It's a Safeway, nothing fancy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the food looks fresh.

Awesome place to get your weekly groceries. Staff is helpful and self checkout is smooth. Prices are in line with other stores in the area. Don't go shopping without first getting your Safeway Club card or you won't get those sale prices.

Barley any staff most times. self check out is night mare, machines are always breaking. Staff that’s there is great and deserve a raise. Pay people better!

Shopping here 20+ years! Store is clean, long time butcher is great, long time cashiers care, produce fruit and veggies always orginized, cart carral outside always monitored! No door dings in my car! Glad to see mangement cares and takes pride in the store! So rare ! Best grocery in Boulder!
