As always Costco in Superior is a great place for groceries and essentials. We visit this Costco every week for our groceries. It has good stick all the essential items and services to meet the needs of customers. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. They have ample parking and a gas station too. Will recommend everyone

Came in today to shop and had a difficult interaction with Hallie. We went over to membership and Andrew took great care of us. Welcoming, friendly, adaptable, and helped us update our parents membership to include us. Andrew truly turned our experience at Costco from irritated to leaving completely happy. Thank you Andrew! People like you make places like Costco great.

My go to in the neighborhood for pretty much all my shopping. I wish they had alcohol but superior liquors is nearby and gets the job done, I do miss Kirkland brand booze - I know there is one or two locations in all of the state - I believe the nearest is Arvada? Every time I walk by the chicken bake it tempts me but I have not had one in many many years… very grateful for having the great pricing and options - I do wish I could impact some of the “healthy” options as each location has variable levels of these brands.

This is store has some of the hardest working people I've ever seen. Tire center is amazing. Food court quality is always above and beyond. Management is always on top of it.

Costco employees are so amazing! So patient! 7 employees helped me and my family members today!

All were so cheerful, helpful and kind! Customers are/ could be a little stressed during this time, and the workers handled it with grace and ease.
I observed an elderly disabled customer handled with excellence: patience, kindness, helpfulness, at several places:

1. Optical, eye glasses both places were very helpful to this customer.

2. I was looking for TP and was told they were sold out, but calmly: more is coming. That's the way to keep folks calm Costco!!

3. Check out was a zoo! I couldn't deal with the speed, but they did!! Lots of customers all worried about the VIRUS! Customer service was spectacular even though the customer was difficult. Then they packed us up beautifully!

4. The Snack help was kind, professional, smart! Very fast, nice clean snack bar even with the huge load of customers.

5. And finally... I observed two loaders helping a customer put a huge gardening box in a car. It was so heavy!!, and they didn't complain at all!!
They were great! Then we got help next, very professional, fast, kind, done!!

Just another Costco I go to. Always clean and it had the items I was looking for an of course, many I was not looking for but just had to buy. 😉 They had someone at the express checkout who helped me get checked out even faster. That was much appreciated.

We enjoy shopping and eating here and the affordable gas. I love that there isn’t unmanned equipment driving around like in Sam’s Club, though I miss Scan and Go.

A big thank you shout out to Troy this week for helping my husband out in Customer Service when he lost his card. Troy was friendly and helpful!

$1.50 hot dogs.
$1.99 slices of slightly soggy but really good pizza.

Free samples.
A whole aisle of nuts.
$5.00 rotisserie chicken.

Laundry detergent that will last you a month.

Massive packs of toilet paper that are both soft and strong.

A layout that will always confuse you.

Costco is the American dream.

Great for lots of things, except clothing, which they never have any in my size.

I'm average sized, where a medium in most things, but for some reason all the mediums are always gone by the time I show up. I don't understand this, as good planning on logistics would not order so many extra smalls and XXLs because there's always plenty of those and they take forever to sell. Why not stock more mediums? Truly baffling.

What can be said that hasn't already about Costco? Their return policy is second to none. You can spend days exploring the aisles buying things you've never heard of - and in bulk - and get a good deal. The food court is super inexpensive. Did I mention their selection is infinite? Great service and great products throughout the store. Also a good place to get electronics. I wish there were more around the Midwest.

I always have a good experience at this Costco. The cashier was able to answer my questions about my new credit card. If only you could fix my brain so I could remember where I parked haha

Costco treats their members rocky! And this location is no different! Come enjoy a Costco shopping experience at low low prices!! lol

You get everything under one roof. Though this was my first time here, I was overwhelmed by the variety and options. Would live to visit again. Not to miss the bites which are offered to taste. Yummy they are

When it comes to consumerism I’m pretty sure this place takes the cake…went in for a surgical strike = dog bed…and left with just that. A dog bed! Victory!

Lots of stuff, good prices. Costco seems to do a great job of stocking only high-quality items.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. We always enjoy the samples. Costco has excellent customer service and a great return policy. We have gotten tires, floor installation and booked international travel through Costco and have had only good experiences. Weve also bought appliances and had a great experience. And now they carry full fledged beer at this location. No liquor or wine yet though.

Man I love Costco can't stop thinking about how I didn't get the 120 Belgium creampuffs in the frozen section

Love everything about this Costco EXCEPT the optical department. Every experience I’ve had with this department has left me feeling awful. Terrible customer service from all but one male member of the team. Don’t want to rate the whole location poorly but I hope something changes with this specific department.
