Best customer service hands down! Whoever hires and trains is doing a great job of hiring great people. I left feeling like the people whom work there enjoy their work environment that they are truly happy to be of service. Rare these days. Thank you for the unique and memorable holiday shopping experience!

Me and my wife went to the Michael’s in Arvada Co and asked for 3 different Christmas trees and all were out. So I asked an associate in Michael’s that was helping me to call the Superior Michael’s to see if they had any of the 3 Christmas trees were looking at to see if we can purchase one for our home and Holidays. The associate said she could not call the Superior Michael Store for us. So, my wife called and they had the Christmas tree for us at the front of the store for us. Amazing and the associates at the Superior Michael store carried the Christmas tree to the cash register and to our vehicle too. All had a positive mind set and super pleasant. The Arvada Michael’s lacks a positive attitude and does the very minimal.

So I want to give 5 or more stores for the amazing team at the Superior Colorado Michael store for their work and service.

An artist and crafter's playground. Clean and uncluttered. Great selection on paints, pencils, frames, etc. The prices aren't bad on most of the things I'm looking for. The staff was super helpful. Great for holiday and or seasonal crafts.

I found what I needed here. The staff was attentive and polite. Seemed to be a bit understaffed at the registers, maybe it was the day.
I would definitely go here again for my craft needs.

The people working at the Superior, CO location are so kind. I purchased a frame and when I got home I accidentally dropped it and broke the glass into pieces. My fault. I called the store and they didn’t even hesitate to say it was ok to replace it! Not even a question about it. That is service! Thank you to all that helped me, it has not gone unnoticed.

Michael's was AMAZING. Their selection was better than the Michael's locations in my area as I traveled to pick up a same day online order. I did some shopping and when I checked out I went to pick up my order and the main item I came for was missing. Apparently it wasn't in stock. I asked the manager who was my cashier and she apologized because the item was actually in stock but was stocked in a different place than normal. She had another employee check me out. The other employee apologized as she had assembled my order. And she gave me 50% off vs the 40% (which is what my original coupon was for). She said I was so polite about the mix up that she felt I deserved it. They fixed the mix up in less than 2 minutes so I didn't have time to get upset let alone check my email to see whether they had even cancelled it to begin with (they had and I missed it).

A third employee assisted me in the store 2 times and another customer helped me reach an item from a tall shelf too. Such an amazing experience overall.

They've got all the crafty stuff we were looking for, and even some really neat Halloween village pieces.

Awesome. We go there mostly for my son who is art school. Today we had to get something and was unable to find it. One of the associates who was at the register was so helpful in telling us where it was. This was after asking someone else who was on the floor stocking and made no effort to help us. Thank you again.

I was here in search of a particular shade of a water colour . Got it. The employees helped me sincerely to find this from their huge stock of variety types of painting materials. A good store for the both professional and amateur artists

First time at this Michaels. The woman at the register yesterday was so nice and helpful. It makes or breaks a day when either person at the checkout is unfriendly. This person was just so naturally friendly it definitely helped to make a day.

I was in yesterday to browse and make some purchases. I went to check out and had some complicated coupon dealings. New to this Michaels store, cashier, Maya, was incredibly helpful and oh so patient with me trying to help me get the coupon deal I was after. She listened, heard me and clearly repeated my questions to her manager (who also patiently assisted) when she didn't know what to do. The outcome: I got the coupon deal I was after and left so grateful for the wonderful employee's help that I will make sure I shop at this Michaels location all the more. Thank you, Maya!

I was able to purchase nice frames without going broke!! They have a very nice selection of frames. I did not realize the frame was cracked until the associate saw it. The transaction had already taken place, but he was so sweet and apologetic. He held on to my things while I went back to get another one and that one was cracked. It was the last one. He seemed genuinely sorry and ready to provide me with other choices. This was all done at his encouragement to make it right. Very nice!!!

I absolutely love this Michael's. They have the best coupons. Their staff is friendly and helpful..however they are often short staffed and everyone is behind the register ringing up customers. They have a large selection of product in stock for every type of artist. I come to this location at least once a week. Thanks for being such a great location!

Good store to be able to run in and get what you need. Or linger and find something you've been thinking of making. They stock very well for seasonal items. You can find many items from custom frames for your pictures, to paint supplies and beads and wire to make necklaces or bracelets. There is coloring books, toys. If you are part of their program they send coupons by email daily.
