Incredibly helpful staff. Reagan went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right product when he easily could have just pointed me to the correct aisle.

After visiting two high-end appliance stores in search of a new fridge, I went to the Louisville HD to run an errand. As a lark, I decided I would go to the appliance section. I am so glad I did. Bruce M was phenomenal. He provided much better service than the salespeople I worked with earlier. He listened. He helped me narrow down options. He educated me on features and warranties. He gladly showed me the different features, helped me pull out the fridges so I could look at how they were made and how easily I could do my annual coil cleaning (some at other stores had cardboard backing), and he looked at reviews with me. Wow! What amazing customer service. Shop with Bruce M in the Louisville Home Depot for all your appliance needs. The prices are the same. The shopping service is stellar.

I always come here anytime I need to fill a new planter pot I just got, or whenever I need more paint or stain! I’m also grateful they’re one of the few stores that stay open past 8pm (even during covid!) in Boulder! The pictures below are just a couple of the many projects I’ve been able to accomplish due to their awesome paint and stain selection! I was able to stain and paint these matching side tables due to their products, as well as sand them down completely beforehand! Plus their employees are always very helpful 😁

Update 10/17/2023: (Couldn't see how to leave a new, separate review) Once again Paulette and store management distinguished themselves in unraveling a complex problem resulting from a goofed up appliance warranty. They went to bat for us with both the appliance and warranty vendors, lobbying on our behalf, until a very equitable resolution was achieved. We are very, very grateful and appreciative of having customer oriented professional like them at our store. Thank you very much!

Almost anyone can provide good customer service when things go well. The true professionals distinguish themselves by providing excellent customer service in difficult situations. Such was the case with Tonie and Paulette in handling a complex and difficult issue for us. It was a situation where a standard approach didn't work but they creatively improvised to completely handle this unusual situation. We are very grateful for their highly effective professionalism!

I misplaced my phone in the Dillon Rd store today and multiple employees helped call it until it was eventually found. They were all soooo helpful - special thanks to Natalie.

I just wanted to give a quick thanks to the people at Louisville Home Depot, the appliance department, Bruce? and all the other people and at the truck rental. Exemplary performance. I was impressed. And of course the great bargain on a fridge.

Excellent service here today in Louisville. A shout out to James who was exceedingly thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. Helped me find the right products to use with my Ryobi sander. A thank you also to the gentleman working near the painting section - I didn’t catch his name - who helped me find the right products I needed. Also pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you. Radon detectors by the way, - should any if you ever need one - aisle 6, near the smoke detectors. Great service. I’ll be back.

Julio's customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful as I called ahead looking for certain item. The department he forwarded me to wasn't able to pick up so he walked across the store himself to verify if they had what I needed in stock, and then reserved it for me. Awesome guy!

We’ll run store. Fully stocked. Items where they should be. Self check is a breeze. I highly recommend using the HD app.

As a business owner and general contractor, I go through a lot of supplies. I have many resources for getting materials and for most items I need, the Home Depot is my main resource. There are a lot of Home Depot stores and I have been in many of them across multiple states and hands down, the location on Dillon Road in Louisville, CO is the best.

For starters, the staff is very knowledgeable not only about the products they sell and their locations, but the applications as well. There have been multiple times that I have had obstacles that I was working around and came to the solution faster or to a better solution all together by talking it out with the great staff at this Home Depot.

They are always great about taking returns and very kind from greeting to an extra set of hands loading you up and sending it on your way.

Of course, the super nice ladies run cashiers 1 and 2 during "regular" business hours rock and make everyone's day a little better!

Keep it up 1506!

Pretty good Home Depot! Staff are really friendly, it’s clean and everything seems a bit more organized than previous Home Depots I’ve visited.

I came for a bottle of silicone spray for a squeaky CCL shade. I asked a rep if they can help me find it, he sent me in the right direction, another rep asked if I was looking for something, he brought me right to it.
The only thing I noticed was one of the employees said that some people were not able to find everything they need. However, compared to other Home Depots, this one is doing a pretty good job!

Sharon and Connor in flooring was awesome! They both are very knowledgeable, calm, and takes care of customers! To Wayne (their boss) - great job finding these outstanding employees, they are keepers!

Knew what I was looking for and found the area easily, though didn't find the item. Didn't see a single employee walking around to even ask for help, the greeter didn't acknowledge me, the cashier avoided eye contact. The store is always clean and organized and simple to find stuff if you know where to look, but good luck with any positive employee interaction. 5 stars because 95% of the time I walk out with what I went in for.
