AT&T Store

Gabriel was super kind, patient and helpful, along with the team who work there. Saved my day and my Thanksgiving Holiday. Cannot give enough thanks for today's experience there.

The manager Tommy Carman at the Montvale store went above and beyond to help me! He and his coworker were so so helpful and knowledgeable! I recommend going there if you need to got to an AT&T store👍

Greg was terrific, definitely can recommend this store to anyone that needs anything with att or a phone. Felt very welcome when I was greeted, felt very personable when Greg sat down with me and walked my through all my questions and he made sure that all my information got transferred over in to the new phone which was a huge plus for me since I have a lot of stuff, I know that if I ever need to come back to a store for anything I can actually look forward to coming back here to have it handled!

I arrived at this, AT&T, authorized dealer store already frustrated because my sons Apple Watch was not working and I was being overcharged by AT&T every month for the use of that watch. I needed to buy a new phone for my son and have that watch linked to the new phone. There were all kinds of difficulties in making this happen and ultimately after almost 2 hours, the AT&T system crashed so even though we had jumped over the hurdles that were presented by the watch, and the phone itself, we couldn’t complete the registration and activation, because the system kept crashing. Manager Tom and his worker Gabe were outstanding. They manage my frustration And accomplished the task. They went above and beyond staying past closing and then meeting me at the store the next day in order to make sure they could complete the process in time for me to give these two gifts to my son for his birthday. I will tell everybody I know to do all of their AT&T business at this particular store. Special special thanks to Tom and Game. I hope whoever supervisors these two employees knows the value of such skilled consumer assistance. Bravo, Tom and Gabe.

I had the most wonderful experience at my stop in the AT&T Montvale store today. Both Greg and Caesar were warm and welcoming when I arrived to the store. They were extremely efficient in helping my brother and I with our phones. They had mentioned their promotion which was the perfect solution to our situation. I walked in and was really surprised by the welcome I got as soon as I walked in the store. I was helped by Greg and even though I just had a few questions, the way they were answered and explained, I know that when I am ready to get a phone I definitely have to come back here. Instead of just shoving a phone down my throat, Greg explained all the options I had to fix my problem. I have my own business so I appreciate good service when I experience it. The fact that there's decent food nearby is definitely a plus as well.

Really great customer service! Employees were very knowledge, friendly and this store also had a good inventory of products. We came here right after going to the AT&T store in rockland plaza (Nanuet) and everything was so so so so much better here!

Stopped here today to get assistance returning a smart case for my I Phone. Tom Carman, the manager, patiently the navigated the maze of steps to return my device with customer service. His help made my day and saved me the necessity of returning it by mail.

I had the opportunity to meet Mark the Store Manager from AT&T Montvale. His professionalism, experience, suggestions and customer service is amazing. My mom and I ended getting new iphones thanks to him…I will recommend Mark to all my friends. He goes back and forth just to made his customers happy

Greg was absolutely fantastic to deal with I had such a pleasure working with him to get my phone and getting a great deal as a nurse, definitely had a great time which isn't the usual at att stores but this one is definitely an exception to the norm, thank you greg!
